A brand new, efficiently run hotel. Special features are the rooftop pool and lavish free breakfast buffet. Rooms are well appointed with coffee makers, electric tea kettles, and hair dryers, and some have balconies and comfy window seats. Showers are spacious, and room temperature is easily regulated.
I came to Chiang Mai to attend an international meeting at the convention center, with a few extra days for sightseeing. The hotel is located in a bustling area with lots of traffic, but is insulated and calm, with contemporary decor and state-of-the art technology. I slept very well (and I often don't in hotels) and had no problems at all. The bed, shower, temperature control, lighting, and coffee-making facilities are excellent, and my room had a balcony and a lovely alcove/window-seat. I would definitely come here again.
