From the first day we received excellent service from staff! The night market is within steps from the hotel.

Every aspect of Le Meridien met our expectatons. Italian restaurant was especially accommodating...made pizza and french fries for the kids.

This was a very nice hotel for Chiang Mai. It is quite modern and clean but it is not posh. The room is comfortable but the bathroom could use a tad more cleaning. Great location in the heart of everything yet no noise from below. Was great to have a 7-11 a block away in order to grab some extra waters.

Great location I say the best in chiang mai. Walk outside and your at the famous night bazaar. In front of the hotel is a Starbucks and other comfort fast food joints. I go for the fresh local food found on the street and in the market.

You cannot be more centrally located for the Famous Night Bazaar in Chiang Mai. You are seriously steps away from great shopping. The Le Meridian is also an oasis in the middle of it all. The hotel staff is outstanding! The room that we had featured an icredible view of the Night bazaar and beyond. You will not regret choosing this hotel. I will definitely be back.

I like the hotel and the rooms but no WIFI in the room. Only available in the lobby.

I have been to 54 countries on 6 cont. and I would have to rate this as among the best . When traveling I usually try to find problems of defincies . The le Meridien has none-I repeat none. It is not quite in the same league as Four Seasons , Manderan ior Park Hyatt the Meridien Staff can do aditude closes the gap. I would recommend this hotel to anyone Joel M. Potomac MD

Hotel is fabulous. Internet and breakfast are not included. Everything is a la carte and is relatively expensive compared to the overall market in Chiang Mai. Breakfast and dinner buffet are tasty. Favola's tasting menu was a real treat. Margaritas are good too.

Great hotel, accommodating and really friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing.

i already did this but i missed the promotion code.

just what you would expect from LM. perfect in almost every way. great spa. great infinity pool (but a cold spa tub?). ok gym. cannot comment on food. room was very nice. not perfectly clean, but very nice. staff was truly memorable.

Staff and rooms were incredible, very nice place to stay. Very convenient location to everything. Only down side was "The Latest Recipe" restaurant. It is very pricey by thai standards and buffet selections were poor with mediocre food at best. Money is better spent eating outside of the hotel...a 1/4 of the price and way better food.

This hotel is very nicely done and in a great central location to get most anywhere in the city. While most everything to do an see in the city are within walking distance, Tuk Tuks are easliy available for those places you might want to see that are a little further away. Staff is very courteous and attentive.

"problem" initially at check-in regarding breakfast which was to be included in [...]Special Offer, but the receptionist insisted the offer had expired when we booked on line and she would have to get approval from manager.....we were a bit rattled but at the end she said it was OK and offered a free upgrade to Jr. Suite which turned out to be huge on the 20th floor......the breakfast buffet was also good! Enjoyed Thai massages at The Spa - great ambience and good price @25% off during our stay, but of course cannot match Chiang Mai street prices. The hotel also provides one hour free internet pp per day in the lobby which works out well for us.

Took a 4 day side trip while in Thailand for business. Absolutely an amazing hotel! Modern design, large rooms, super comfy beds, excellent location. Nothing but rave reviews for Le Meridien Chiang Mai! Situated right at night bazaar so shopping and night life is easily accessible. Plenty of food options outside of hotel (great local Thai and convenience -McD's, BK, 7-11's, etc). Currency exchange outside of hotel for best rates. If longer stay, take your laundry across street rather than paying hotel charges.

I was in Chiang Mai for the first three days of my vacation in Thailand. The staff at Le Meridien was fantastic. I arrived at 11pm on Tuesday and they were able to move mountains to arrange my excursion for the next day. The hotel itself was spotless and has the most magnificent views of Chiang Mai and the surrounding areas. The hotel was able to mix the best of modern comforts with incredible Thai hospitality.

Excellent newer hotel with good balance of modern, clean, smart rooms/decor and friendly staff. Staff and hotel are modern and clean without being too pretentious or glitzy. We had a great experience with a concierge who confirmed our 2hr car ride to next hotel in Chiangrai, set us up with an excellent guide/taxi driver for our 2 days in Chiangmai, and researched excursion info for our stay at a different hotel in Chiangrai. I was disappointed I didnt get the chance to use the fitness center, but a very good one with plenty of modern and clean equiptment for a hotel of this size.

spent 5 days all nice super quality nice pool super luxury for 100 dollars unbeatable I travel 200 days a yr this was great place the only drawback food quality is poor for breakfast buffet low quality fruit and lack luster overly salty food not worth paying for it and when included free as it often is not worth i
