We had an excellent stay at the Heritage. Jon (the general manager) and his staff were the absolute highlight. We were in Chiang Mai for Loy Krathong/Yi Peng, and the hotel offered a complimentary krathong-making class. Later that evening, Jon and a couple of his staff members guided us to Narawat Bridge where we sent our krathongs downriver and released lanterns into the sky. It was an unforgettable evening and we are very grateful to the Heritage team for its kindness.
Toffee was so amazing and helpful. All the staff was curtious and helpful. Perfect location in the old city.
Booked a room with balcony for smoking.the hotel has not a smoking corner.we have to stand in the street in the morning/evening -not a pleasant experience.
