There’s not much in Cheyenne Wyoming, so my expectations were low. I don’t think the price and the hotels match..should be much cheaper, but I’m just a customer. The staff, they were exceptional! Very friendly, and accommodating. That’s and the dinner was cute and the food wasn’t bad at all. Wouldn’t recommend or not recommend staying..it’s just one of those places where, if you end up there cool, if not..cool..

Similar to a (US) Travelodge (not UK), large sparse room with little decoration, but essential items like fridge and microwave. I normally prefer more of comfort feel to the rooms I stay in like the Cobblestone, which this isn't. Was pleased with my stay in the end, the staff made the difference. They are doing some work at the moment (Sept 2017).

Great hotel except fire alarm went off at 12:40am and frightened my kids and my dog. Never got an explanation or anything.

Bathroom was dirty and smelled like sewage. There were no plugin's to charge my phone and use my laptop.

Very nice helpful staff. Has a restaurant and bar attached. Voucher for free hot breakfast. Nice little swimming pool. Handy to highway.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great location, great rate, great breakfast at the Diner next door. (Note that hotel registration is at the Diner! But there's always someone there, 24/7.) Mini fridge and microwave in room. There's even a decent exercise room down the hall!

One of the beds was broken and the shower didn't drain upon arrival. The maintenance crew fixed these when notified. The pillows were terrible so we had to borrow some from our local friends. The keys worked intermittently and not at all on one occasion and had to be replaced. It took quite awhile to get in the room each time. They do allow pets so the room smelled a little funky; kinda like a litter box. Our room was not cleaned daily, so on the 3rd day we asked for someone to please come in and at least empty the trash that was overflowing on the floor. Finally someone came the 4th day and picked up our dirty towels (that we had to get ourselves) and emptied the trash. That was the only time during a 6-day stay that the room was cleaned. We were told the first day that we would be allowed a complimentary breakfast (which was fantastic) at Penny's Diner each morning of our stay, but then on the 4th day told us they would no longer honor that. Although we will not be staying here again, the chef at Penny's was amazing and I would definitely go out of my way for their breakfast burrito!

Incompetence....really that about sums it all up. We booked this hotel and paid for it. When we arrived it was about 1 in the morning...needless to say we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Upon checking in (which you have to do in a diner which is just odd, we were informed that our room wasn't ready yet!!! Are you kidding me?!!! We had to wait over 30 minutes for them to get our room ready which should have been ready for us as early as what like 3 pm! And then to top it all off, when we spoke to manager about our troubles the following morning, he just blamed us for it all!!! All I can say is you get what you pay for. This place is awful!!!

Good night sleep.Clean.Organized ...i hate doing reviews that take to much of my time.

Penny's diner very friendly. Didn't see staff. But they left cleaning cart available. Room ok. Key card hard to use and or door lock getting old.

Having stayed many times in cheyenne @ all the big name chains for the money this is par. However what sets this apart is the diner next door chk in/out are super nice with customer service open 24hrs. The the security is excellent.

I went to check into my room at 1015pm and the room was not ready until 11pm becasue they had to clean it. I reserved a room a day before and i wasn't happy after being on the road for 3 hrs that the room was not ready.

Hotel was very old and beat up. Crack in bathroom floor. Super old shower, no clock, no closet. Had to check in and out at pennys diner. Staff there wasnt good. Refused to give me a receipt, told me I had an email that I could get it from. Who cant give someone a receipt? Friggin joke.

Nice room, clean & comfortable. Registration is odd. Registration desk is in adjacent Penny's diner. We missed the sign telling us where to go to register so were a little confursed for a minute. They have rooms accessible from the inside and from the outside. We were given an outside room, way in the back and pretty far from parking. Kinda creepy. Much better than average free breakfast at adjacent Penny's Diner.

Stayed 2 nights, didn't get clean towels, the kleenex holder was empty and the sidewalk was wet from thesprinklers at 7 am.

Hotel is pretty easy to get to and is about five minutes from the airport. Located right across the street from the mall/movie theater and is also close to a decent restaurant selection as well as a Target. My room was clean and came with both a fridge and a microwave. The only weird thing is that there's no front desk or lobby area. You have to see a cashier/receptionist at the diner next door. Upon checking in, I was given breakfast coupons to the diner so besides gratuity, I guess you could say it was a complimentary breakfast? All in all, it was a great stay for my one night in Cheyenne. If you find yourself needing a place to stay after all travel is suspended due to weather, I highly recommend. Paid the same price at another hotel the week before, and the Oak Tree Inn was hands-down better.

Light proof draperies necessitated by the flood-light outside my window that lit up the building. No maid service because "we were really busy and only had time to do the checkouts". Pennys diner next door was wonderful.

Bathroom: WAY TOO SMALL. Good access to Wi-fi. Motel staff friendly and courteous. Mini-fridge's freezer was SO over encrusted with ice that you had no room to put anything in there and it froze everything on the top shelf of the fridge. Beds were firm and had decent TV to surf and watch. Best experience of all though was Penny's Diner. Good food at fair prices. Even though it's not on the menu, you can order half portions. The short order cook [...] is a MUST SEE!!! He makes your time there enjoyable!!!

The Hotel was Excellent nd I would Encourage anyone staying inCheyenne,WY, to book your reservations there at the Green Tree Inn. [...]

Hotel has good service and was comfortable. My room had WiFi signal but it was weak and I kept getting bumped off. My workaround was to set up my laptop in a common area near the source. Would have preferred to have suficient signal in the room. Overall, I would recommend the place.
