Great breakfast, comfy beds, nicely heated pool and perfectly heated hot tub. Bluey playing in the lobby entertaining our 5 year old. It was a great stay.

Trash was not emptied in receptacle inside the door to my suite, so not a good first impression. Everything else was great.

Nice hotel. Variety of breakfast choices. My mom had hip and knee surgery so we went there specifically for this reason. The Hot tub/spa broke after 1st day and wasn't repaired in the following 2 days we were there. I was very dissatisfied.

Great experience , staff was responsive and the hotel was clean.

When I travel with my cats I stay at Residence Inns if possible because they are so pet friendly. The layout of this Residence Inn is different that the ones I usually stay at which was nice in many ways, but taking a room at the far end from the elevators in this place is a very long walk, about 2 or 3 times as long as usual because of the layout. The designer touches in the kitchen were very nice. Much cuter than a typical Residence Inn.

Everything satisfactory. Nothing was not satisfactory. Looks like furnishings were in good condition

This was my favorite hotel on my travels along I95. The room was nicely decorated, bed very comfortable and having a small kitchen and living area a real bonus especially when traveling with a family. I would highly recommend this hotel!

clean room, staff was nice, no complaints would book again there

Always something going on. swimming pool, sitting outside around the fire pit. The location was perfect for varity of food.

Visted with family over Christmas, room very nice, king size studio includes king size bed with pull out sofa, full breakfast buffet was great.

I stayed only one night but wish it could have been more! The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. There was a very large TV that swiveled from the bed to the couch area. I even considered going to the grocery store in order to cook an take advantage of the apartment size kitchen.

The rooms were beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and accomadating. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way back home from a vacation down south. We stayed because they accept pets. Upon arrival, we were given a doggie bag which included some dog treats and supplies for us to clean up after our doggie's mess. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. It was quiet and we got a great nights rest. We did use the pool and sauna. Pool was a bit small and sauna was super hot. They offered a complimentary dinner the night we stayed (Tuesday)though we did not attend and they offer complimentary breakfast every morning which was quite a nice spread. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had a nice shower head that beat the knots out of your back and neck. I would most definately refer a friend.

I will stay there again next time, and will want to stay in other Residence Inns when traveling to other locations.

We chose this hotel for our stay with our grandchildren ages 9 and 13 to tour DC. It was so nice to walk just across the street to the Metro which took us anywhere we needed to go. We left early and got back late and had a great time. It was so nice to come back to a hotel where we all were comfortable. With the children, having the extra sink and fridge helped also.

The room was great and the rate very reasonable but we were traveling with two dogs and though allowed in the hotel, the fee was $75 per animal regardless of stay length. The pet fee was almost as much as the room fee alone, we would have chosen another hotel if we had known this fact. Staff was helpful and the breakfast we really good.

Love the space you get at a Courtyard hotel. Very modern, great kitchen, easy access. You name it, it was there!

Everything was fine. Very standard three star hotel. The continental breakfast was good. Well displayed. Coffee very good.
