The property smelled of weed and mothballs. I felt like I was going to have a contact high . The keys never worked for my room and the treadmilll and elliptical machine didn’t work. I will say on the plus side all of the staff there were beyond helpful and nice.

Nice open big room, comfortable king bed. 2 little plastic cups in the bathoom, nothing in the kitchen, no in room coffee, TV remote was inop, but stoned front desk clerk brought up a replacement, so that's sort of good. Morning coffee service in lobby, but muffins and store bought "granola" bars.

The property lacks many standard amenities (breakfast beyond coffee, business center) but does have potential. It took an hour to check in 4 guests. Rooms were not clean requiring several moves and a lack of understanding of room status (clean, occupied) further complicated the process. The room has a small kitchen area but lacks a dishwasher. Previous tenants left the area a mess and did not wash dishes or throw away food. The floor was sticky and the room was gross (hair in bathroom, soap or other residue on side tables and bathroom countertops). The bed however was made with clean sheets. It offers a good location but needs serious attention. The quality of service and cleanliness was equivalent to a much cheaper establishment. A new manager did ask about how they could improve.

Pretty basic. Most staff seemed inexperinced in compiter system. Room was adequate.

By far the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel I have ever attempted to stay at. First and foremost, at the main entrance of the hotel was an individual smoking marijuana that my two children and I had to walk through to get to the check-in desk. Then Ivan at the front desk (who was very courteous and helpful) got us into room 102 and when my children and I walked into the room we found that neither of the beds were made and the room hadn't been cleaned. Ivan then got us into room 220 and when we got into that room found the sheets to be covered in fresh unwashed stains and the bathroom sink was full of hair from someone that shaved their face and the bathtub was dirty. Ivan then brought us to a third room where we found a broken toilet that still housed the remains from a previous occupant. I highly recommend that Orbitz remove this hotel from their website so that nobody else attempts to stay here. Luckily, Orbitz was very nice about refunding us back our money since we ended up having to leave and find another place to stay. The management of this hotel really needs to fire every single employee on the cleaning staff because not a single one of them is doing anything in these rooms. I was so disturbed with how bad this hotel was that I will never ever stay at another Extended Stay ever again.

Group of guys drinking in the parking lot. Service was horrific. Every time we asked for help it was an inconvenience to them. Check in took over 20 min as well as check out in which they were trying to double charge us even though we showed them proof that we already paid through Orbitz. I would recommend checking out another hotel in the area if you want to save yourself some frustration and get decent service.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. Definitely will return again in the future.

It was very peaceful. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

The only highlights were the location and 1 staff member being particularly helpful. The room was not up to par, especially in comparison to other extended stays I have been to. The floors were sticky, bed covers had hair on it (even when switched to different room) and I ended up buying new bedsheets because of this. This location needs to do away with the brown blankets that trap hair of all lengths and textures. It was very gross to be honest. Even if it’s washed over and over, the poor quality material will keep trapping hair from all parts of the body. I appreciate the one staff member who tried to help me by switching my room, however the new room had a dirtier carpet so I returned back to the “devil I knew”. The remote control was very dirty. I was eating and decided to turn the TV on. The remote had what looked like dried phlegm, with Whitish streaks on it. Maybe cornflakes and milk?? It was gross. I had to pause my meal to sanitize the remote as much as I could . I don’t expect a 5 star level at this hotel. But I think it should be clean enough for me to walk around and certainly to sleep. Other Cons : Workout Treadmill belt not stable. It skips and is trip hazard. Pros: it is a great location. They offer “breakfast to go”, which is better than none. Also, the price was competitive, compared to surrounding area. It was NOT the worst hotel experience by any means. I just think the cleanliness especially needs improving.

Did not get the king bed we reserved. Two rooms were dirty. Took 45 min to check in.

No toilet paper. Room was filthy and smelled really bad.

My room was dirty when I first arrived and no one wanted to fix the issue. When I finally talked to a manager she assured me that she would send someone to clean my room. She never sent anyone and she barely wanted to accomodate me.
