Left an expensive purse in the closet. When I called about it they didn’t have it. Obviously their cleaners took it and did not turn it it. Railing going into the unit was wobbly and almost falling off. Called for towels and 5 hours later had to call again. See no reason why I would want to buy into their vacation sales.

I liked the location. I did not like that our stove had a strong chemical odor when we went to use it. We basically had to clean out whatever was used to attempt to clean the stove. It was awful. We did not use any services - no one was collecting trash and outside trash bins were overfull. The carpet was dreary and looked like it needed a thorough cleaning or replacement. The dishwasher had damage to the interior and the basket hid a rusted area. Some guests were extremely noisy and inconsiderate and the sound transmitted easily. It look a long time to check in.

BEWARE. 1) Property is timeshare owned, and they will be extremely pushy when you check in to attend a sales pitch the next morning. I didn't realize we had a choice to decline because they presented it in a way that makes you think they wont release your room keys until you agree to go on the presentation. Wasted 2 hours the next morning and was late to our event. 2) Villa was clean - but had no soap, shampoo or conditioner. We travel with shampoo and conditioner, but it required us to go back out at 11pm to get soap so we could take showers the next morning. 3) Sofa bed didn't have bedding. We found a fitted and flat sheet in the closet but no pillow cases or blanket/quilt/comforter. We had to call housekeeping at midnight to request pillow cases and quilt. They showed up with pillowcases and a very light blanket. My son ended up using all the towels to help cover up. We ended up going and purchasing a quilt the next morning. 4) They advertise like the rooms have laundry service, they dont. There was detergent in the room, but no washer/dryer. When we asked a staff member outside she responded with "its in your bathroom". ?? We went back to the bathroom. Sink, toilet, shower, door to bedroom, door to living room. Where is the washing machine hiding? 5) Restaurant was advertised as open daily until 10pm, it was closed the entire time we were there due to "a family emergency" We had a good time, but not because of the hotel by any means. We would not book again.

Room was nice, however the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms

Great place and friendly staff! Good value too

Pretty grounds. Nice unit layout.

I liked that the room was quiet, spacious, and had a balcony. I liked that it had a soaker tub and nicely stocked kitchen. I had the 1 bedroom deluxe.

Clean, quiet

I love the location of this property. It's close to everything and the room was big enough for my family. My only downside is the attempt to get you to do a timeshare presentation. If I book a hotel online and pay the rate I don't want to spend my time sitting in a presentation for something that I have no intention of buying. You have to get your room keys from the person setting up the presentations instead of getting them with the clerk who checked you in. It's a shady practice. Just let us check in and get our keys. Those interested in the presentation will do it and those who aren't will get their keys and be on their way.

We enjoyed the place and people were very nice. Everyone we talked to was very happy and helpful. The location was center to everything we wanted to go to.

The amenities lived up to my expectations. It was somewhat challenging navigating around the area.

Fantastic for our family of 4. The front desk has lots of fun things to keep the kids busy. They have board games and sports equipment ready for use at the front desk. We played candyland! The pool and grilling areas were nice. There is a playground and giant outdoor chess set! The room was great, kitchen amenities in the room wwre a huge plus. Sleeper sofa was a queen and the kids said it was comfy. The property as a whole is well kept. If i would have known all the thinga available, i wouldnt have packed as much! Our kids are already wanting to come back and we cant wait!

I expected a Wyndham Resort property to be much nicer.

Staff was very friendly. The unit was clean but a disappointment. There was no bedding for the pullout and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring it at 930 at night. The pool towels in the unit were wet in the drawer. The adjoining room connected through the bedroom and there's a half inch gap under the door. So we heard everything the neighbors said or did including a domestic dispute at midnight. The bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy and tacoed to the middle. Will not be staying again.

Nice location and good amenities. Enjoyed the room layout and would enjoy fireplace in the winter.

Once we got a different room things were good 1st room was “standard” 1bedroom which was extremely small and dated worn carpet and furnishings. For $10 more we go basically 3 more areas to relax in.

Quiet, private room with all advertised amenities. Polite and pleasant staff.
