I've been here for a night with my friends. The staff was awesome and so friendly and room was clean and nice. Thumb's up! It's really close to the waterparks and still so away from all the hustle. Can't wait to be back!
The hotel felt like it was in the middle of nowhere but is close to the Waterpark and themepark. The staff were very friendly but the lobby looked like it was the only part of the hotel that had been upgraded in the last 15 years. It was a 10-20 minute drive to most places in the area (Yorktown, Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg) The cleaning service was disappointing as well, trash wasn't even collected. Breakfast wasn't great but there were the traditional hot dishes and a few cold options. It was perfectly sufficient for free, but I'd hesitate to pay the $8.
Loved this location nice & quite kind of tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Looking forward to returning again real soon.
Stayed here for family vacation to busch gardens. Close to park, free breakfast and pleasant staff
hotel was good staff was awesome. breakfast needs work but what you want for free lol. close to everything .ac was a bit old but still worked.over all would stay again.
For the most part this was a very relaxing vacation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They did their best to fulfill my complaint about all the pillows in the room being to flat, but they did not have any that were any fluffier. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, although their are many people that are health conscious and their needs to be more foods that are of that mindset.
Bought the breakfast package. Other hotels offer better Breakfast choice. Sometimes even free with stay.
Hotel has a massive bug issue. There are softball sized dock spiders in the rooms and bathrooms, and smaller ones all over the hotel. Do not be fooled by the front lobby, which has been renovated and is actually nice. The rest of the hotel has NOT been renovated, and is a complete and total disaster. Management said they didn't see any spiders in my room when they looked (of course they didn't) and they refused a refund, even after I requested a room swap instead. I left the hotel after 4 hours. I'm sure they will reply soon denying all of these allegations, but trust me, you do not want to stay here. Oh, and the sheets on my bed were absolutely disgusting. This is truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and this is the first negative review I've ever had to write about a hotel. If I could go back, I would have rather saved the money and slept in the back of my car. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was a little tight, but nice and clean. Price was a bargain. Did not like sink outside of bathroom.
Nice place with good location next to the parks. It is a little dated, but it's clean and a good value.
