The weather was chilly, but the hotel lobby was warm and inviting with a cheery fire in the lobby. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind and courteous.

My sis yer and I took our 90 year old dad to visit Williamsburg, and he is very mobile but still old. The hotel staff gave us some tips to make his trip even better and more convenient. The proximity to the visitors center and the shuttle were extra convenient, and the lawn games and restaurant were excellent for our needs! We had a super experience!

The staff was great and very attentive. I enjoyed the lodge feel of the lobby and the fireplace. The Colonial Williamsburg shuttle was just a couple of minutes away.

This hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg if you don't mind a short trek. The breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets we have ever had. Lots of food options. The fitness center is small, but we were the only ones using it the one night we were there.

We were impressed by the hotel staff from the moment we walked in the door. They helped us with local information, assisted with restaurant reservations, and helped us find an empty table at breakfast during a busy time. The atmosphere was relaxed and festive. And we loved being a few steps away from the Visitor's Center.

The hotel was more than I expected and the extras like being able to walk to Colonial Williamsburg, discounts within Colonial Williamsburg and transportation throughout as well!

The hotel is close to many activities and has a lot of free activities on site as well, such as a pool, minigolf, ping pong, movies and shows, etc.

Hotel was great! Had a ton of stuff for families to do and had a free shuttle service to busch gardens & water country

It was clean and kid friendly since that's why we stayed there

We have traveled to the Woodlands for many years and was extremely satisfied until our last stay. The Woodlands is now pet friendly and management informed us that pets are restricted to certain areas, for example not permitted in the lobby. We found this not to be the case as pets were in the lobby and sitting on the furniture. Having family members with allergies, this is not acceptable to us and as a result we will no longer stay at the Woodlands.

Had trouble finding a hotel for our family trip to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. Wanted some place close but clean with family activities. This was the perfect place for us. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Woodlands. Would recommend to families.

Super convenient to Historic Williamsburg. A pleasant walk and a comfortable room

Williamsburg Woodlands was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was good, it was just a little crowed. I would stay again.

good from the time we got their to the time we left

We stayed at this hotel due to the location and the grounds. However, when we checked in and got to our room, the carpet had several stains. The staff quickly got us another room, which had an AC that barely keep the room cool. Fortunately for us the weather cooperated making the need for AC minimal.

We stayed at the Woodlands for the first time during Labor day weekend. The staff was courteous and helpful in meeting all our needs. Our sons enjoyed the on-site miniature golf. My wife and I enjoyed the quite walks on the hotel grounds.

The hotel is perfectly located and with all the amenities you need with kids (3 and 7 years old). The onsite restaurant is very good and very convenient. People at the hotel and at the restaurant are incredibly kind and prepared.

We reserved a suite and we're very happy with the room and the hotel. Wifi was great and the breakfast was delicious! Excellent value and great Location close to colonial Williamsburg and theme parks.

The staff were informative & personable. We did have a room issue that didn't allow us to use our bathroom for several hours but due the inconvenience the staff gave us a goodie bag & a personal apology letter. It's the personal attention that's was appreciated. The hotel was beautiful & close to many attractions.
