Very pleasant good staff the holtel manager was great he went above and beyond

There was no extra t-paper. No tissues. Room needed some repair & there were some bugs.

Hotel was 12 mil away from Bush-g Which is ok. Brackfast was jok. Price of hotel was $47 per night was reasonable but I was charged double the price per night.

It started with the hotel not having my reservation. He looked on the computer even called the home office. Finally after 20 minutes he found it. I then found out that your "free breakfast" we're donuts and coffee. I then went to my room in an elevator that should of been "out of service-forever". Took the steps then on. The room was a good size. It had a small smell but a spray of Glade made it alright. Checked for bed bugs and didn't find any. The mattress looked fairly new. No coffee for the coffee pot. A very small bar of soap, but nothing else. The small refrigerator was dirty. The toilet rocked side to side and the water pressure in the shower was bad. Called the office in the morning to double check the check out time. I was told noon. Then at 11:10 a loud bang on the door. The manager was there to inform me that I was late checking out for 11 am. I gathered my stuff and myself and checked out. I will never return or recommend to anyone. The "no refund" policy needs to be rewritten for places like this.

We stopped at this Motel while traveling on our way to The Outer Banks. As soon as we walked into the room you couldn't help but notice the musty smell. On top of that, we saw several live cockroaches in the room. This was the worst place we have ever stayed and will NEVER stay at a Super 8 again. I was afraid to go to sleep with the bugs.

nice carpet, clean sheets. shower liner and tub were not clean, no lights in parking area where we parked, no lights at the elevator, towels were old and rough as sandpaper, dresser looked awful on the top.

It was nice but run down. Great stay for a budget.

We went to Bush Garden. It was only 10 minutes away. Just so convenient and such a cheap price. Very clean!!!

This is not in a good location. If we weren't so tired, we would have never slept through the night with the noise of train whistles all night long.

This room was a disaster. It was old and dirty. Cracks in the ceiling and paint chipping off the walls. I am all for budget hotels but this one I will never stay at again.

not quiet at all a train goes threw every 2 hours2 am 4 am 6am an so on blows horn scares you out of your mind and you wake up instantly,so much for sleep glad to be home

We were making an inexpensive week trip to Colonial WIlliamsburg. This hotel IS Pet Friendly and this is why we stayed. A train comes by every 30 minutes right behind the motel and it blows its horn. Towels were horrible. Pay $10 more and get a better place. This is a motel where it is so cheap people live here year round. It was horrible!

Beds were uncomfortable, stairs were rotted, shower was warped.

this hotel was terribel a train runs all night right behind it. the walls are thin I could hear everything! not well maintained. the morning meal was a joke. I could go on

I was looking for a cheap room, but expected it to be a little nicer. If all you truly want to do is have a place to lay your head, then this fits the bill. My daughter was excited to swim in the pool, but when we got there it was covered by a black tarp. You have to take the elevator or stairs to get to the two floors. I recommend the stairs because the elevator seemed scary. The bed was of low quality as well as the pillows. It IS on the main road that leads to everything Williamsburg, but on the far end. I think the reason I was so disappointed with this location was because I have booked better rooms for less money many times before.

This hotel was NOT the one that appeared in the add, if it was, that must have been the hidden back of the hotel or an altered image. The hotel was in the middle of "crack alley" We heard police sirens ALLLLL night long. Did NOT feel safe. Would not stay there again if I was paid to stay. The Hardees next door opens at 4 am. We heard traffic for that through the paper thin walls all night long. The beds were beyond horrible. I traveled to Williamsburg for my daughter to try out for an Olympic Development soccer team and didn't drive the tryout day so that she could get a good night's sleep. NEVER< NEVER NEVER again, would I stay here. Not safe for children, let alone adults , as we watched the illicit activities directly from our window. There's a reason it's a "deal"...NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE. FREE continently breakfast, basically consisted of bagels. Very sketch place.

While staying at the Super 8 hotel in williamsburg, we were able to park the car and walk to many of the surrounds shops and restaurants. The walking helped save money on gas, which was great.

If you are looking for a plain, cheap, run of the mill hotel in a good location, this is it. We booked this hotel solely based on it's CHEAP rates. We paid 29.99/night. There was nothing wrong with this room. Of course, the hotel is a bit old and run down. The staircases leading up to the rooms were not the safest. I tripped several times as they were uneven and in need of repair. Also the back end of the hotel is in a very dark area near a wooded section and train track. I never felt unsafe in the room but I wouldn't have hung around outside or in the parking lot after dark. The train went by four or five times a night and would wake my husband and I with hearts beating almost everytime! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy, simply old and worn in. I'd recommend this hotel to someone looking for a steal of a deal who isn't fussed by the downtrodden look of the place.

When we arrived, we had to be buzzed in to the office - first red flag. Then when I walked in to the tiny lobby I noticed the counter where the continental breakfast was supposed to be; the counter might have been 12" x 36", with one coffee pot. I was issued our room, and told to park under the building, take the elevator up. We noticed three transient/homeless people hanging around the lobby and the parking lot, plus two trucks full of personal belongings, like people were living out of the trucks. As we took the stairs up, we noticed the stairs were dirty and rusty, and saw two pitbulls chained outside one of the rooms. The pool was covered up and surrounded by a tall chain link fence - so it was closed for the season, I guess. Questionable looking people were standing out on the walkway smoking and looking suspiciously at us as we walked to our room. The room was clean enough, but the whole place gave us really bad vibes. After being in the room for all of ten minutes, we decided we were safer to just drive home and not stay the night. Our room was not refundable, and the manager was not there when we called Orbitz to complain. Orbitz would not refund our room/night since the manager was not there. We will not book with Orbitz again, and will warn everyone we know not to stay at this Super 8.

The rooms where dirty, the chairs were falling apart, there was only one ice machine and it was on the first floor, the towles were like sand paper and gray looking, the only good thing was the location.
