Minutes away from DC, Reagan National, attractions but quieter on the VA side. I really enjoyed my room and comfort of hotel overall. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good! Enjoyed breakfast and a dinner there!
The staff members and property was great for a family stay when travelling to Washington DC
It was my second time staying at this hotel and i enjoyed the cleanliness and the proximity to Georgetown where I was headed. The only thing i found a little uncomfortable was that there is full size mirror next to the queen bed so you cant really see your full figure and also when my niece was using the bathroom i wasnt able to do my make up because of this mirror situation. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, staff very courteous, and morning coffee tasty. Will come back!
Had to take 3 elevators to get to your room. After I checked in to my room. It was not clean! Hair on the unmade beds. Bathroom sink dirty with Kleenex all around counter. Floors nor vacuumed. When I called to let them know they said they had no other rooms and I would have to wait an hour for room service!! I ended up cleaning the room myself with Lysol wipes I usually carry so we could at least shower after our long trip. They couldn’t even at least offer an available suite to shore in until our room was ready! Unacceptable!!!!
Was charged extra 62 USD (31 31) per day for parking despite us having checked whether the parking is a one-time fee. Hotel brochure and instructions laid out that it was night by night, however reception informed/assured us that it is a one time fee of 40 USD. We even asked for a receipt on the spot to confirm and the reception assured us that they would email it over, but the receipt also was only sent over at the end of the stay. Thus, ended up being charged over 100 USD for parking. We would not have had to park on-site if this was the case, as we have parking options not a block away.
The hotel has a cool vibe and is very clean. But the multi-elevator trip from parking garage is... odd. The air circulator in my room (right next to bed) was noisy/kept me awake. And the bizarre lack of solid cell service (Verizon) suggested that some sort of signal jammer is being used, to force $$$ Internet access. I literally could use my phone for nothing by calls and text messages. Shady.
Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Super convenient location (less than 15minutes walk to georgetown and just minutes away from the metro station). Our room was very spacious and clean. Will come back in when I visit DC/NoVA next time!
The room air condition needs to be worked on and maybe adding a swimming pool would have been nice but other than that the staff and the room was excellent.

Great location. Walking distance to Georgetown and easy metro access. Nice views of Georgetown too. Only problem we encountered was our second room wasn't ready at Checkin or even 3 hours later. They did accommodate our desire to be on the same floor with a different room so it all worked out good.

Perfect for those who want to avoid the city area. The location is close to the city and the airport so it’s a win win!
