I've stayed here regularly, and enjoy it. That said, some of the mattresses ore worn out, and should be replaced.

Great good staff . Only things smelled old walking the stair ways.

Just in town for a night for a business trip - but very pleased with cleanliness, friendliness and the upgrades to the hotel.

My friend's room had a broken air conditioner, our microwave was broken, our toilet didn't flush, the breakfast area toaster was broken, and the hot tub was broken.

Great breakfast, comfortable hotel, close to restoration area.

I only stayed for one night, but was pleased with the stay. The front desk staff is amazing. Breakfast was great.

The hotel room was clean and served our purpose but I was disappointed in the hot tub. It was luke warm and had no jets. The breakfast was was pretty bad. Horrible scrambled eggs, extremely greasy microwave bacon, stale bread and English muffins. We ate out the second morning.

Much nicer than expected. Hot tub was ice cold, only complaint.

Great hotel for W & M parents. Convenient to the college and all activities. Go Tribe!

Hotel was great, clean and welcoming!! Would definitely stay at a Fairfield Inn again...

I would have rated the hotel 5 stars had it not been under renovation...which was not disclosed at the time of reservation. Otherwise, everything is wonderful

Hotel was nice, just a few minor issues. Good breaksfast, but hot offerings were the same both days. Only one elevator running, layout was a bit confusing. Worst part of the trip was that the second evening we came in after a long day and the room was not made up - no sign on the door - must have just missed the room. Front desk gave us clean towels and an appology, but that was the first time this ever happened to us.

The staff at Fairfield Inn was pleasant and helpful. From the description and pictures in the advertisement, I thought we were getting a suite. If you are not offering a suite, you should not use the picture of one on your website. This is not a Fairfield Inn problem. It's your problem.

This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and it is convenient to shops, parks, and other fun activities.

Over all, the room and hotel served its purpose. But didn't have that WOW, relax away from home feel.

We really enjoyed our time together in the room. It was very quiet and clean. The privacy was great! It was within walking distance of several nice restaraunts and shops.

PROS: The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the major attractions. The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean. CONS: The blackout curtains wouldn't close completely, letting street light and sunlight into the room. The continental breakfast options are bland. The doors and walls are thin.

The fairfield more than met our expections for our 3 night stay in Williamsburg. Very convenient to the parks, shopping and restaurants. The room with the separate living room area was a nice extra. i must also commend them on their continental breakfast which was very, very good. For the value it is an excellant choice. i have stayed in more expensive places that did not satisfy us like the Fairfield did.

The room was of average size and offered nothing special. I had to contact the front desk to get some bathroom amenities that were not provided. The air conditioner fan only worked on the high speed, so the room was very noisy. The internet cable in the room did not work, so I contacted the front desk and they referred me to a separate company to call. The issue was resolved within an hour. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet with many options - make your own belgian waffles, sausage biscuits, cereal, and fruit. However it was very crowded, so a lot of time was spent waiting to use the appliances. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in locating close-by restaurants. Parking by the hotel was very limited and on my second night's stay, I ended up having to park in another hotel's parking lot.
