Locatuon not good! Couldn't locate my name and thank goodness I had my proof. Nasty girl snorting something up nose then begging for beer, then up the secomd floor we where accosted by 2 men thinking we where there for them so we said no and got talked ugly too. Then scared and went in room to roaches and I took pictures. Called front desk and said you'll get refund! Then wanted me to show bugs so I did then treated me with attitude like I was in the wrong. He ssid we give refund to Orbitz you get from them! I pray so! We rode around for 45 minutes and finally found the last room out of our area but we took it! This is not your fault, but we are happy to be going home!

Property is nasty not clean at all sink was very dirty

Modest accommodations but it was clean, there were no pests, it was quiet, there was nice water pressure in the shower. For a quick overnight stay, I would absolutely stay there again. The breakfast is bagels snd yogurt and cereal so a weak continental. That would be my only criticism. 10 minutes away from Busch gardens ans has a nice pool snd hot tu both clean and well kept.

The property was relatively close to our intended visits of busch gardens and colonial williamsburg. The property we expected to not be top of the line because its economy, but there was hair in the bathrooms, items such as a fake fingernail on the floor and even the bed which appeared clean and was relaticely comfortable still had stains on it. The shower turned on but also turned on the faucet at full blast so both ran simultaneously. The drain was broken, the ceiling had been poorly patched and the shower head didnt turn away from the shower wall. Generally we would not stay here again, we didnt need a fancy hotel but one that was taken care of and clean wouldve been nice.

Convenient budget hotel. Beds were fine, bath was very ckean. AC was not working, but someone came an fixed it quickly. Carpet could use some shampoo. Free ample parking! Although very simple, free breakfast is always a good bonus. Small outdoor pool was closed (not warm enough in March). We just needed a convenient place to shower and sleep, have coffee and go. We got it fine.

This is a decent low price motel. The location was very quiet the night I spent there. Limited breakfast but it is something to get the day started.Clean room and good water pressure in the bathroom. All in all a fair value for the price.

Hotel was clean. Staff was super friendly. Handled a situation very quickly and efficiently. Sal's Italian Restaurant is next door and it's excellent. Beds are a bit hard, but bearable.

It was disappointing upon arrival. Hotel did not look anything like pictures. It was up behind houses and pool was alot smaller than what it was in pictures. The drink machine was broken and the continental breakfast was not that. I few items and coffee was it. The staff was nice and the rooms were descent compared to rest of hotel.

Clean room & faculties, definitely more "efficient" in the room type.

While the management was very kind and the room was relatively clean, the air in the room smelled mildewed or musty. Not matter how much we ran the air conditioner, we could not avoid the smell. They were nice about our cancelling our last night.

The room was okay except for the non-working electrical outlets and very few towels, considering it was supposed to be two double beds for up to 4 people. But the truly disappointing features were 1) we asked for a rollout bed, which was supposed to be available, and they said they only had one and it was already in use; and 2) the ad on Orbitz said "full breakfast" - it is not 'full breakfast' - it's just barely continental breakfast, and I had to phone the office (which was locked and dark) at 8 a.m. on Sunday to find out why the breakfast room was dark and locked; the man was rather rude (it sounded like he was just waking up) and told me to "just use your key" - breakfast consisted of mini donuts, white toast,coffee, raisin bran or cornflakes, and milk and butter in the fridge. I've stayed at many properties in this chain and can't say I've had this low level of service or breakfast. And Orbitz needs to change the description to say "Continental" or "cold" breakfast only.

I booked only for one night; the first impression was good, everything looked clean and in place; but at midnight, bedbugs were walking on the pillow. It was so disgusting! The place was sold out and the front desk was closed, I counted the hours and minutes to get out of there at 6:00 am. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
