we left a day earlier. we found ticks in one of the 2 rooms. the staff was awful. breakfast disgusting. the hot tub was dirty and set to 150 degrees, not normal. we requested towels for the 2 room with 8 occupants, we got 2 towels. we asked for blankets and they had none. there was hair all over and bugs. YES BUGS

Great staff and locatiin. Room was good. Overall was terrific!

I had booked 4 rooms when we checked in three out of the four rooms AC was not on when we walked in it was hot. We stayed in those rooms for about an hour one of the rooms did not cool down at all so we had to switch rooms pack everything and switch rooms, the second room we had did not cool and also had to switch that room is well. Very terrible experience.

Overall the hotel was great, we stayed for 4 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting. The amenities were great with two pools and a spa tub! The outdoor pool could have been cleaner but overall was fun. Breakfast was average, as long as you arrived before 8am. One morning we slept in and arrived later and there were cold eggs, no yogurt, no fruit, no milk for cereal, no juice and no pastries. The rooms were average, bed comfortable and AC unit worked great. There were a lot of reateraunts near by and being right in the center of historic Williamsburg we had a lot to do. Would stay again!

This was the cheapest place to stay in Williamsburg and it was absolutely fabulous! The staff was very incredibly friendly, the rooms and the entire property were very nice. I was thoroughly impressed!

it was satisfactory for the price enjoyed the area needs a little upgrade

The bathroom was very outdated and the breakfast wasn't replenished. So at 9 o'clock they were out of food and coffee.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I have had at any location. It is a very easy, short drive to Colonial Williamsburg. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms large.

We just wanted to spend a few days away for our anniversary. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were nice and clean. Bed comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too as its more than just cereal or bagels. The one draw back that there is no microwave nor refrigerator in the room, outside of that everything was good.

Good value for the money - $59. Non-working wifi and spotty phone service was the biggest downside for us.

Nice staff but after this your expectations are not met. The room was OK but the beds were uncomfortable and the carpet was dirty. The Morning food was what you would expect, Nothing that made you say WOW. Close to what you want to do and see, that is a plus. Rate was decent but could be better for an average place.

I accepted an up-charge to book a suite, but when I arrived they told me there were no suites. They would not correct the situation and 3 had to sleep in a single bed. The rooms have no frig. and the ice machines only worked on 2 of the 4 floors. Outside pool was too dirty to risk swimming in.

The guy at checkin was rude. It was the most uncomfortable hard bed and awful pillows. Totally understand why breakfast was free!

Stayed one night, the second of our 3 day trip. Friendly staff! Kids loved the pool. Great place for a great rate!

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very nice and better than expected. Room was comfortable and clean, with very nice pillows. Only towels needed some improvement (a bit thin and scratchy).

First time at Days Inn. Two kids and I were comfortable, and had every these needed. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside, we could hear everything from the next room. We were very quiet! Nice stay!

It was nice and everyone was very friendly, the only thing was that I had to pay for the cot.

Great value for the price, close to highways and any type of food your in the mood for. Would stay there again!

The hotel was very nice well worth the price. The only problem was the faucet in the bathroom was loose.
