Property is okay for 1 night. Room smelled like smoke even though all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking.
The staff was great but the hotel is not a hotel, it's a motel. It's dirty! Everything was stained from the couch to blankets and the AC wasn't working properly and kept us up all night. The people next door were loud until 1:00 AM! The beds were comfortable but not enough to make up for the rest of the inadequacies.
Jersey and the traffic "jug handles" take getting used to.
It took my employees 2 hours to check in after working a long tiring day. The clerk at the front desk did not see the reservations in their system even though they were shown the Orbitz confirmation email. My employee had to Orbitz directly and had to have the Orbitz rep speak to the hotel to get it settled, but this took 2 hours before they could finally check into their rooms that night..
When front desk has to lock up front door and works on through very small window , I don't feel secured. Breakfast was not good.

The lobby looks great, free breakfast only simple items like yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal. Had premade eggs but no bacon or sausage. Toilets very low in bathroom. On look at the glue trap behind the tv had me sleeping with the tv on. Didn't know what I'd see. Good thing was distance from event. 10 minute drive.
Great location, close to stores and restaurants. Need a little more attention to room clean ups.
The room was beautiful, large, clean and had everything you needed.
It felt like security was an issue there. The front desk is behind a shielded area. The check in process wasn’t very welcoming. No information was provided. No waffles available so limited breakfast. Omelets we’re in the fridge and there were no condiments out. Only apples were available for fruit.
It is a great place, peaceful and quiet.
The staff was friendly. The first room they gave me wasn’t cleaned it looked like someone else was in the room. The second room was ok could’ve been cleaned better. There was no breakfast. When I booked the hotel it said breakfast included
Property is old, room was dirty, mattresses old and uncomfortable, couch in the sitting area looked like it had been new in 1980.
Good value, but the A/C units were badly miscalibrated.
Our requested room was rented out so we had to get another room where unfortunately one of my children had to sleep on the floor.
