While we managed to get to breakfast only as it was closing both days, it seemed that with the exception of hard boiled eggs, the only options were carbs - cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, juice, etc. I'm diabetic, so I couldn't eat breakfast there. However, coffee was good and employees were very, very nice.

Nice hotel for the money. I was surprised and pleased at the space of the room and bathroom. Very clean and tidy as well. My only vice is the torn curtain in the room and not having the ability to shut the blackout curtains all the way to block out sun in the morning. I also was only given a down comforter instead of a nice thick comforter like Im used to so I had to turn the heat up.

Very nice. Will stay there on future trips

This hotel was the exact definition of average. The location was decent enough, especially if you like Wendy’s for a quick bite to eat. The pool was small and right out in the open where you walk in so I found that very odd as well. Absolutely no privacy for the pool or for first floor bedrooms! My room was on the first floor and the curtains are sheer and there is no blinds to close them at night. The lights from front of hotel are so bright at nighttime it is like it’s daytime still while you are trying to sleep. I truly can’t believe a hotel would not have curtains to pull over or blinds to pull down. It was the most bizarre thing ever. If you stay at this hotel make sure you request another floor outside of the first. I really hope they make changes because there is no privacy. Still only serving cold foods for breakfast which they blame on Covid, but that truly makes no sense at this stage because we are now maskless and restaurants are open so I think they are just taking advantage of the situation longer and saving money to be truthful. I sent an email out ahead of time to hotel asking for early check in since I was traveling 7 hours and the manager on duty simply replied back, “ No sorry, we are just too busy.” Outside of being a pretty unprofessional response when I arrived to the hotel at 10am the parking lot was only a quarter full! So I decide to try and check in and the lady at the desks says, Yes that is not a problem all the rooms have been cleaned already!

Clean and neat. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and heat.

Always clean the staff and very helpful. Breakfast very good and great choices. 👍👍

Very clean, friendly staff. Room had 2 years which was really nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

It was a good experience! A little bit of trouble changing room when we checked in.

Spotlessly clean, efficient and friendly staff at the desk, nice breakfast buffet. I would suggest true curtains that close all the way besides the thin liner, if one wanted to sleep through morning sun, that would help. (I refer to room 321)

Comfortable for a quick post football game stay! Front desk gal was super friendly upon our arrival, and eager to make our stay comfortable. Lots of pool activity when we first arrived, but it quieted down allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

good location, good breakfast. room was clean, check in easy,

Convenient location off the highway. Rooms outdated. Free breakfast but not the greatest food.

Great service! Very helpful to me and my friend from Sweden. Called me about item left in room after departure.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Room is clean, breakfast is good, location for me is excellent. I always stay here when I’m in Michigan.

Very comfortable, good breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful

Wonderful hotel with an awesom staff. The rooms were clean and comfy. I stayed for a minimum of 5 nights and would stay again.

The hotel staff were so wonderful to us... I had a therapy/service dog and they were awesome with me. I even offered to pay the fee for the dog if they wanted. I would recommend this hotel and would totally stay there for a staycation. Chelsea, MI is a sweet town and this hotel and staff made this town worth staying in and made me feel very welcomed!

Arrived at about 9:30 at night. Waited at the desk for staff so we could check in for close to 10 minutes. The guy who waited on us was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Hotel was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was less than average and not much seating.

Civilized and friendly. Good staff. Close to venues.
