Everything was great. Staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was better than most complimentary ones. Disappointed the restaurant and bar was closed. Plenty of walkable places to eat at or get to go.

The room was clean and quiet. The parking adjacent to the building cost extra, but was very easy to access and way cheaper than in Boston. It is very close to public transit if needed. It took us 5 minutes to call an Uber and 7 minutes to get dropped off at dinner in the North End, so it is convenient. The closet was micro small, not a big deal, but you won't fit much in there. The room seemed clean but there was a little too much smell from what I assumed was a cleaning solution that bugged me but I am sensitive, no one else was bothered. The beds were very comfortable. At the price, this is a great place to stay. Easy to get to Boston, Cambridge and the airport.
Not much around the hotel. Close to Lechmere station. Breakfast was good. Street noise was annoying, but cancelled out by running the heater fan.
The service at checking out was horrible. The worker had attitude and wasn’t welcoming at all
We were pleasantly surprised of how clean it was. We brought our wipes and cleaned up just for our peace of mind but we could tell since we got to the room that it was very clean. The only negatives were that they charge $40 for parking per night and that they gave us a room by the street on the 2nd floor that was pretty loud. Service at the front desk was great, especially from the lady who was in the morning shift (black long hair and light skin).
It was a terrible experience I dint get any sleep do to the fact that after I fell asleep someone open my door and cam in my room . The place is very loud from construction and vehicles I would never stay there again
The hotel was very clean and updated. Our overall stay was excellent just didn’t like the $40 per night parking fee, but that seemed to be a Boston thing. Overall very nice stay.
