It was a very clean and well maintained hotel. The hotel representatives were very courteous and helpful

The convenient location at I 190 and I 90 was perfect for our needs. Never over 30 minute drive to where we were going. Near the Interstate but with the A/C unit running you didn't hear the traffic. Room was clean, staff pleasant, food was free but the same every day. A good value with a very good location for our needs.

Hotel was very easy to find, located just off the main road. The room was well appointed and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location off 90 was convenient for arrival and departure, and not bad for getting into downtown Buffalo. Breakfast offered plenty of choices.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Room was large, clean and the bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a good variety and really good coffee. The purpose of our visit was to shop at the Walden Galleria so the location was good. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had read the reviews of this hotel, which were good, so expected a good stay. The staff was friendly, and my room was lovely and extremely clean. This hotel is new within the past 5 years, so it felt fresh. The bed was very comfy. Internet access is included. The location was perfect to access many areas of Buffalo or Cheektowaga. It was just 10 minutes to downtown. Breakfast was also included, though I did not eat it because aside from fresh fruit, there were not vegan selections, which I don't expect anyway. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Although the exterior of the hotel looked rather "spartan", we were very pleased with our stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good for this grade of hotel and the staff were quite friendly.

Friendliest staff. Fast check in. Breakfast are simply amazing. Pool is great add in. Located on Exit 1 off I90. Gas station is right across, CVS Pharmacy on the corner. Six exits to Buffalo down town area. 20-30 minutes drive to Niagara Falls. Room with King size bed, flat screen TV, table. Shower with granite walls. Exceeded my expectation. A true FIVE star.

Hotel is conveniently located to downtown Buffalo. Walls were a little thin but other than that had no complaints. Would stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and safe. Bed was comfortable. However, on the second day I noticed that there had been a leak from the floor above in the bathroom and the overhead light was out.

Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. They had a nice breakfast bar and I slept like a baby.

Just needed a place to sleep after a concert in Buffalo. Chose this place because it was relatively cheap and not right next to the airport. The room and bathroom were clean, no noisy neighbors, and the drapes kept it dark in the morning. Only downside was that there were work crews digging a trench across the street in the A.M., not the hotel's fault though.

Renovated in 2008, still looks new. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Basic complimentary bkfst, suited our needs. Just off the hwy, makes it convenient to get about buffalo area. Not much around the immediate area.

Hotel is bright and airy and spacious. Very clean room and bathroom. Good fitness room. Didn't get to use the pool -- looked OK. Flat screen TV in the room with tons of free movie channels was a pleasant surprise. Two PC's with printers and flat screens are in the lobby for the use of guests -- free! Coffee and juices are complementary 24 hours a day and although they don't advertise it, so is the fresh fruit basket and the cookies in the cookie jar. I asked the front desk at midnight if I could have one or two and he basically said, help yourself to whatever you wish. Complimentary breakfast is included in the room price. The breakfast area is large, clean, bright and boy, do they keep it spotless and stocked. I took out one bagel from the tray and they came and replaced it before I had a chance to even finish toasting it. DIY waffle maker, 4 kinds of bread, 3 kinds of cereal and 6 juices. Looks like a newish property and obviously well maintained. Overall, for the money and considering it's a Comfort Inn and not the Four Seasons, I give it an 8 out of 10.

Low key, somewhat bored staff at the front desk were our reception. Very nicely redone rooms, lovely bathroom - we were off to a good start til bedtime. The AC unit was so loud we turned it off, and then of course it was too swelteringly hot to sleep. Turned it on and then it was too noisy to sleep. A rough night. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff at check out, there was no effort made to make it up to us.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean with a nice size room, two queen beds and a flat screen television. I took my son to the Bills game for the weekend. It was easily acccessable to the highway and not far from the stadium. The complimentary breakfast was good, but crowded. I guess this is par for the coarse, considering I was eating at about 9am. Overall, I we were pleased and would stay again.

This hotel was easy to find after we crossed the border and was a short drive to the HSBC Center and shopping. The room was good. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting enough. There was 2 hockey teams and a girls soccer team staying at the same time which concerned us for noise level but no situations happened during the night. Recommend for families with kids during a short stay. Not recommended for couples.

What a pleasant surprise. Very clean, extremely convenient to downtown, shopping and my meeting location. The room was modern, clean, fresh and a great value. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling into Buffalo... don't let the location throw you off. It's the best!

The hotel is immediately off the interstate which compensates for its less than glamorous location. It is new, clean, and thoroughly modern. My room was spacious enough and the bed afforded me a quality night's sleep. I enjoyed the flat panel TV and in-room high speed internet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was attractive but small and the fitness room was only a token with one universal machine and one treadmill that I can remember. The hotel did a good job on providing the essentials in a quality manner. However, I did not see any dining or entertainment options within walking distance.
