This was a good deal for what I needed at night. Staff was nice and accommodating. Free breakfast. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel seems to be outdated but there are obvious renovations underway. 6 min drive to downtown. I enjoyed my short stay.

Close to downtown, other loud guest, bugs were in the room. I went and stayed with a friend. This place was nasty. Orbitz should not deal with this hotel. I should get a refundable honest. I'm about to close my dealings with orbitz. Y'all always ask how we feel but NEVER respond to me. Over it!!

Front desk staff was great. She was friendly accommodating and understanding.

The property was in rather poor condition, and far from clean. Thought the floor was designated as non-smoking, it was clear that was not being enforced (the marijuana smell was quite apparent). We saw guests open carrying handguns. In general, I didn't feel safe here with my family.

Staff was very friendly, the room was nice, we had a balcony and the bed was comfy and clean. We had a great night at Track 29 and a great stay at La Quinta.

The hotel was nice and the staff was excellent. They were very pleasant. It was an upright building rather than an open area you had to walk to your room in other facilities. The food was good and plenty of options to pick from.

We don't own a credit card and was paying cash but they wouldn't allow us to stay. The hotel looked in need of repair and was in a rough area.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean but there were pieces of the carpet that were slightly lifted and raggedy, the curtains were torn up and had several small holes in them, and the bathtub had so many patches that it felt like you were standing in a dirty tub.

This hotel provides a convenient location at a good price, about 1 mile from the downtown area. This is a bare bones hotel but met our needs. The staff was accomodating and pleasant.

It is somewhat near downtown, but in an isolated industrial area. The shower heads are really low, if you are under 5'5" you have to duck. Otherwise a decent hotel.

We traveled with our 2 kids and two dogs. The room was small but pretty clean for a place that allows dogs and looked recently remodeled. There were some hairs on the bathroom floor but it was otherwise clean. The bed was comfortable and we weren't bothered by other guests or street noise. There were no walkable restaurants. Check-in was smooth and quick. There was a small grassy area in the back to walk our dogs and no pet fee. My only real complaint was breakfast. They don't serve coffee, juice, water, or anything hot besides waffles before 7 am on weekends. We did have access to cereal, milk, fruit and pastries, but there is only 1 waffle maker and the line backs up. We like to get on the road early and coffee and a hot breakfast would have been appreciated. It should start by 6:30 or sooner.

We were in Chattanooga to visit family and this was a perfect location for our visit. The room wasn't any thing fancy, but it was clean and confortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, accomodations were average. Room was clean building carpeting could use some care. Very limited exercise equipment. Overall, slightly less value that what I paid for.

Room and bathroom were dirty and had spider webs in all the corners. Hours posted for the pool in room books and out by the pool say closes at 10p. We were told 9p because the staff was new. What is up with that???

The hotel itself was decent, but we left a pair of shoes in our room on accident and when we called back the front desk was no help. Don't stay here if you don't want the cleaning staff stealing your luggage.

Uneventful stay. As always, La Quinta is a great hotel chain for anyone traveling with pets, which is why I chose this hotel for our weekend trip to Chattanooga. For the rest, the hotel was forgettable: hallways and room felt and smelled a bit grimy, Sunday breakfast was a zoo with too few tables to accommodate the crowd. If traveling with our dog, I'd stay there again, but otherwise probably not.

I chose the wrong hotel. It is just off the Interstate, but there is NOTHING near by, just industrial buildings & empty lots. The carpeting in the hallway was dirty & worn out, the lobby & dining area barely clean; there were gaps in the wall where the A/C unit had been installed (4th floor). Outside there no trees, no shade, no sidewalks to anywhere. Breakfast was just the minimal cereals, waffle iron & terrible coffee. There was no place else to go without driving into downtown. I will not make this mistake again.

Overall good. However, vending machine outdated(wouldn't accept dollar bills) and housekeeping rude. Knocked on the door 3 times within 45 min and purposefully we're slamming doors of the rooms next to us. My wife and I were on a 1 day get away and weren't gonna check out until the required time of noon. Unfortunately the housekeepers deemed it more important to rush people out, so they could finish sooner. Carpet is old and shabby as well.

If you are looking for a place to spend the night and not hang out in the hotel/room all day. This is a great place to stay. The rooms where clean, the gym had a treadmill, the continental breakfast was great for getting the morning started on your way out the door to see the city and sights, and it was affordable.

We were there for the tournament, three nights. Our room and furniture were OK...it had been updated and was clean...the bed was one of the best I've ever slept on, really nice!! The bathroom needed some updating in the tub area, but the water was hot and spray was strong, I like that. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom area, there was none. The hallways were a disgrace...dirty and unkept!! Door at the end of hall was was open to the outside anyone could walk in...not very safe! Good thing our room was ok, or I would have left! Breakfast was same-ol, same-ol, but they did have fresh oranges, bananas, and apples...that was good.
