I have stayed at Super 8 Hotel in East Ridge Tennessee every weekend for the last 2 months every time I stay has been excellent thank you for the awesome awesome room

Good pool. Convenient to highway. A bit run down. Felt the mattress springs.

The smell was horrible when we walked into the room. The toilet seat was stained. The bathroom alone looked not very inviting. Def would not stay there again.

They gave me a smoking room I didnt request. It smelled terrible of smoke. There were spots in carpet that looked like a spill wouldn't come out. Burn holes in top cover of bed.

Rainy weathet ruined some plans but we took the extra time to rest up.

One night stop on way to Florida. Service was good, but the facilities really need to be updated. Night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful as far as what to do while in the area. Rock City is a MUST see.

It was okay. would probably not stay again.. Nothing bad to say about it, really just remember.

My husband and I came to town to visit his mother who is very ill, we arrived Jackson airport in Mississippi late at night. Too tired and too late as we'll to drive down Chattanooga, we saw Super 8 right there at the corner when were on the way out, we decided to stay for a night . Wow..it was surprised us with a big and nice and very clean room . We were very satisfied and happy with this hotel room. That was the reason a selected Super 8 to stay 6 nights in Chattanooga. But room at this Super 8 was not as good as Super 8 in Jackson town. And the worst is the way lady who work that night greeting me. It's terrible rude! My husband tried to comfort me saying that she is a local woman and he know that is the way they talk(because he is local boy), but I still don't buy it. Beside this problem, everything is ok, the maids are very nice and honest.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel was just fine. The bed was new and comfortable. The bathroom was remade and spacious. I'd stay there again.

It was good for the price. Close to the freeway. I was just passing thru and needed somewhere to stay for the night. It served that purpose.

First thing we did was check for bed bugs as usual. We found an old blanket on the bed with cigarette burn holes in it. The bathroom was just a host of black mold with broken towel holders. The sleeping are seemed mean other than the burnt covers.

Location is ok but no nice scenery to look at. Room looked alright if you like nails sticking out of the wall, pieces of wall missing, stains on the towels, and cigarette burns on the sheets. The bathroom had roaches everywhere! Completely grossed me out! Immediately went out and bought two cans of Raid and even then if there was any food left in the trash can they came right back! Very affordable room and I love using this site to book hotels but I will not stay at this SUPER8 ever again!

The motel was very convenient to the interstate and central to all attractions in Chattanooga. I drove no more than 15-20 minutes to anything, and that included traffic. Overall the stay was a very pleasant one; the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was huge. The price was very fair, only about 160 for 5 days. If you are like me and would rather spend your money on sightseeing rather than the bed you sleep in, I highly recommend this motel. The only negative thing I can think of was the pool being closed before the end of August/Labor Day weekend, so I wasn't able to swim during my stay.

My mother -n-laws wallet was stolen and a credit card of mine was taken. There was no frig. and it was very rough looking on the outside. The plugs looked old or some didn't even have covers on them.

The hotel was in a great location on the outskirts of Chattanooga. You definately get what you pay for with the type of hotel. The staff was nice and the room was relatively clean.

We had the best time there we ate out every nite at some of the local Fast Foods place and the Mall in that area. we also had the air on in our Hotel but it was still very hot in that room at night? but over all not bad for and Hotel that is off the interstate. we never did ate Breakfast at that Hotel at all Plan going to Days Inn Next Year we never stay in the same place Twice?

good trip lots of thing to do incline rail road was cool, ruby falls. Nice town
