Requested pack and play when made reservation 2 mo before arrival. No one called to tell me that they did not have them.....despite the hotel amenities listing availability of such. When I asked what I was supposed to do with my 8 month old for whom it was requested, they shrugged. Pool is cold. Unpleasant experience. AC leaked a big (2 feet) puddle on last night of our stay.

The building has a musty smell that I would attribute to mold. I developed a sinus infection by sleeping here 1 night. They need to do a deep clean on their air conditioning units and change the filters. Probably some additional cleaning to remove the mold that they likely have under carpets or elsewhere.

Keirston was very nice, the owner or manager, was a very pleasant and helpful woman. Room is clean.

This property was a convenient, dog- friendly option for a one night stay. Friendly check in, convenient parking, generally clean. Overall a nice basic hotel at a reasonable price.

The only thing we didn't expect was breakfast on the weekends not starting until 7am. Wanted to be out fishing at 6am so had to stop & get breakfast at McDonald's.

Mattress to pullout in couch was dirty. There were gold fish crackers behind rolling foot rest.

The hallway on the second floor was filthy. There was a wad of hair on the floor in my room. The shower had mold in it. The coffee was even bad. No one cleaned the tables at breakfast. The bed was comfortable, but that was really the only good thing. I was very surprised at how bad the place looked.

Typical hotel room. The worst part was the bathroom. Multiple things wrong. Toilet seat loose, shower control knob wasn’t tight on the valve, the hand sprayer mount broken and the hose broken. Windows missing bug screens. This may seem trivial to some but I expect normally functionality when I travel. I hope this review helps some make their decisions easier. Other than that, the room was just a standard room, no frills and clean. The breakfast consist of coffee, water, pop tarts, fruit bar, fruit cup...that’s all folks. So much for free breakfast. On a positive note, first watch and IHOP is just around the corner. BTW, we stayed in room 301.

First room I was given had a chirping smoke detector, so I was then moved down the hall. Second room I was given had no towels, so I had to go downstairs and get them. Hallways were filthy. Vending machines were removed. No breakfast/gym/etc. for amenities even though they are all still listed on their website.

Staff was extremely nice. However, our room wasnt very clean. We had dirty rags under the bathroom sink. There was dried spilled drink on floor throughout the suite. I cleaned the floors with my sons diaper wipes. My son vomited on the bed, I informed the staff about it around 9:30 am. I told them again around 2:00 and they finally came and changed the bed linens around 4:00. As nice and friendly as the staff was,I dont think i would stay at this location again due to cleanliness.

We checked in after a long day of travel and shopping. When my mom went into the bathroom to wash her face, she found there were no towels in the bathroom, not even a washcloth. While I was unpacking, I noticed that one of the beds was very sloppily made. It looked as though it had been made for the previous guest, who then sat on the bed or placed a suitcase on it, just very lumpy. I called down to the desk to request towels and the bed be remade, I got a quick callback saying they were going to move us because this room was supposed to be off market. We were moved to another room at that time, where the TV reception glitched occasionally and the sound was often out of sync. But the room had towels and the beds were neat. The next morning at breakfast the food was average, however there was no caffeinated tea, decaf only. When I expressed disappointment the desk clerk did kindly offer me an energy beverage from the market, but I do not like energy drinks. Overall the stay was a let-down. The decoration was great and it looks like there was a lot of effort in renovating the property, but we had a lackluster experience.

I didnt like that when i checked into my room that that i wuz giving a room that was already being used by someone else. Plus i dont like the fact that since mt room that i had order online wusnt ready, so they just put me in a room that wuz suitable for me and not the one i has ordered online

I was charged for not staying there when u cancelled the reservation I was still charged... never again.... there was nothing anywhere that says the guidelines for a reservation

Lobby coffee was cold. Asked for more coffee packets, Told they would be placed in our room. They were not. No Kleenex in the room. When we arrived we were asked to come back in 20 minutes as they were not ready to give room assignments yet. We went for lunch and on our return the hallway to our room was littered with dirty linen piles, cribs and trash bags.

I do apologize about the confusion however we do not offer "Pack-N-Plays , As well as we do not offer that on the website as an amenity. as far as the other things go , Please reach out to us , We would love to make this right! We never want a guest to leave unhappy with their stay.

Hi Jason,The are conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways weren't working correctly and that was contributing to the musty smell. We have fixed both a/c units and we no longer have that issue. We do change the a/c filters on a regular basis as well. The a/c units in the guest rooms have filters, coils, and fan blades that are cleaned on a regular basis as well.I apologize that you had to deal with this issue and we encourage you to stay with us again to see the difference next time your in the area.Thank you
