The shower was dirty. The rug was ripped and has lots of stains.

Overall it was an ok stay. We booked our 5 night stay through Orbitz and it was a mess. The 2nd say we were there we got locked out of our room and when we went to the front desk they told us we were supposed to be checked out. I showed them our reservation and they said ok and let us into our hotel room. Simple mistake, no problem. But, it happened again on the 3rd day we were there except this time we were not in our room. I got a rude phone call from the front desk asking why our stuff was still in the room because the maid went to clean it and couldnt. I informed them that we just went through this the day before. Took them an hour to confirm our reservation with orbitz because they couldnt see anything on their screen. If they are going to sell rooms to a 3rd party, they need to have a better way of keeping track of reservations.

Old hotel. Toilet was broke. Bed was lumpy but room clean. Ok for one or two night stay. Good location.

After a long day in the car and another one ahead of us, this was a great place to stop and rest. After a long day cooped up in the car the kids especially loved the pool. The beds were comfy and after 10 pm the hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast was crowded, but there was a decent variety of things like bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles. The coffee was also nice.

So run down and so dirty. Hotel staff couldn't care less. The carpet was stapled together, smelled like cigarettes (in a non smoking room). It was just horrible. My husband even called the health department, that's how gross and dirty it was.

It was a good place to stay for rest to continue my trip

Pleasant staff good location clean room Rooms were ready upon arrival

It was extremely noisy. I asked for a quiet room, and they gave us one right where trucks were parked, with their engines coming on and off all night. They also had a smoke alarm test that we weren't told about when we checked in.

Overall good stay. Great price. decent food. pleasant experience.

We almost always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Chattanooga. The staff are always super nice. The rooms are clean and in reasonable shape for the age of the hotel and especially the price range. This is your hotel if you're not stuck on a super fancy facility. They're also dog friendly.

The bed was nice ,fluffy down comforter, crispy nice white sheets not worn out. Room was small and cozy. Not any waisted space., Price was good. If your just looking for nice , ordinary I think you will like it. If you looking for more than a quiet nite sleep you might want to go larger. It was exactly what I needed. I stayed at a different one close by the night before (same price), was very uncomfortable.

Good people good places to visit everyone treat you good

Nice hotel for the price. Near the mall and plenty restaurants. Rooms were clean.

First time at this chain. Room was clean but was showing some age. A little noisy, but to be expected with room doors facing the parking lot.

The staff at this hotel were beyond helpful, polite and friendly!

Rooms could be much better. Looks like a bed bug hotel. No updates, pool with no water, fun. It was like being in the ghetto with the visitors this hotel attracts. People were rudely loud all night. We heard a couple fighting, sounded like he punched her out. Heard loud bangs, prob gun shots. The kids were scared to come out the room. Checked out at 4am couldn't take it anymore. The staff were however wonderful. Only bonus.

During school Spring break we stayed in Chattanooga with our two young grandchildren. The LaQuinta was only minutes from a wide selection of restaurants. We were never more than 10-15 minutes from any of the attractions in downtown and only a short drive further from there to Lookout Mountain. This LaQuinta location is a great place to stay with value pricing.

Friendly helpful and pet friendly with no extra fee. Our tv had a problem and they were there and fixed it in just about three minutes.

I stayed with my boyfriend and we both agreed that it was clean and staff was friendly. We wanted to stay an extra night, and they were able to reserve another room for us without any complications!

Toilet didn't flush correctly. Shower didn't drain. They didn't clean room or provide clean towels . Room was old and dirty. I was very disappointed.
