Hotel is ideally located to enjoy downtown and the riverfront. The staff is friendly. Room was clean and comfortable

This was a good hotel to stay at and very easy to find. Location was great! Walking distance to some great coffee shops and restaurants. There is a 24hr restaurant located right there at the hotel and a bar. So convenient and nice. Great food at the City Cafe Diner.

Very good for the price, friendly staff. Clean room

We stayed for a few weeks for work. The rooms were clean, the staff was awesome, the attached diner was great and the location was great

check in was a problem due to booking mistake. the hotel took care of the problem quickly. Bathroom need an exhaust fan. Everything else was very good!

I think this represents an incredible value. I pre-booked and check-in by the very helpful staff was quick and easy. Plenty of parking and a short walk up one flight of stairs to a room overlooking the pool. I flipped on the lights to a bright, attractive room. Not the Ritz, but very welcoming. The a/c was running at a nice temperature, and the room was ready. Comfy king with five pillows to choose from, all the normal amenities plus iron/board and hair dryer. Had a place to hang a few items. 24-hour diner full of diners, and some sort of lounge on premises. Loved the free and quick single cup pod coffee maker on wakeup.

We were somewhat put off when we first arrived because of some people sitting around the office area. Checkin was great, the room was very good; clean with comfortable beds. Location was great. The Transit bus stopped almost in front of the motel. We would stay there again.

This two star rating is well deserved . Don't even have a Continental breakfast.

Nice location---24 hr restaurant, attached bar'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'!!good value!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was very clean and that means the carpet too. The pool and area are well kept and clean as well. As I do not like questionable linens and dirty floors (usually sticky from shoes with gunk), I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is not a stylish up-to-date room. But the bed was so comfortable (not hard) and the pillows were far from flat.

Such a pleasant experience and the location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and informative. I will stay here again for sure.

This hotel is the cheapest hotel you will find within walking distance to bar/restaurant/riverfront district in Chattanooga. It is about 5 blocks from that area. Expect to get what you pay for and you will enjoy your stay.

For anyone who wants to explore the Chattanooga City Center walking, the location is ideal... We were in town for a family visit and high school reunion. The location provided quick access to main roads and walking distance access to restaurants, coffee shops, the Convention Center and the Acquarium...

Front office staff EXCEPTIONAL! Location IDEAL - 10 min walk to the river. Great diner at this location with unbelievably HUGE m enu. Looking forward to my next stay here!

Had a great couple of days. The location is close to the UTC campus where we needed to be. The City Cafe restaurant is awesome and open 24 hrs. We have stayed here numerous times and have always had great service and a clean, comfortable room.

Room was not the cleanest, smelled very musty, went to a local Walgreens & bought Febreze, was that bad. Pool supposed to be open, was not, big disappointment to the kids. Will def check out other places next time, won't stay again here.

Friendly staff, easy walk to many locations downtown. Clean. Eats and relaxation connected to the hotel. I was really surprised with the 24 hr eats that there wasn't more noise, but provided for a very restful stay.

Great location, comfortable, affordable room and the City Cafe adjacent is wonderful. Close to the UTC Campus which was the reason for our visit.

This hotel was a great value for the location. We really liked that it was right in town and close to a free trolley stop. Although they did not offer a free breakfast the diner attached to the hotel offered good food at a fair price. The selection was huge and they give hotel guests a 10% discount. Having free wifi was a definite plus when it came to amenities and the staff were very nice and helpful. I guess that the drawbacks are that it is a older hotel that was showing its wear. While everything was clean there was a small rip in the comforter and the entertainment center had a crack on one side of the wood. Additionally the bathroom seemed very outdated. The room itself also seemed to be poorly sound proofed but it only got loud a couple of times while we were there. Overall it was a good place to stay for a night but probably not somewhere that you would want to stay for a long time or on a romantic trip.

well, from outside don"t look to appropiate, I found people drunk in the elevator, outside of the rooms, the bed had blood all over, I did not like it, next time i have to check very careful what hotel I chose, this time it was not a good option. I don't think this hotel deserve two stars.
