Nice stay, clean, staff helpful and friendly, location only setback but close to DT

Very poor upkeep. Staff only made up beds. All non-smoking rooms, however, the bedding had cig burns/holes.

Room was $89 Pros: Very friendly staff. Comfy beds. Clean. However, there were a few things I didn't like. Major stuff; The door to the room, even when bolted and latched had a gap big enough to see outside. I barricaded my door and still didn't feel incredibly safe. We had to park our car halfway around the building from where our room was...it was really dark. Inconvenient and a little scary. Minor stuff...shower pressure was basically nonexistent, temperature had three options; cold, lukewarm, scalding. No toiletries. (Front desk said was a mistake) Wash cloths were dingy. (White wash cloths looked tan in the center ALL OF THEM) Very few kid-friendly channel options on tv. Lastly, Breakfast area was located in a very small lobby. Breakfast choices were very basic, but ok. However, breakfast seating area was incredibly small and right up against check-in counter, which was pretty awkward when guests were checking in behind me (close enough to touch) while I was eating my yogurt. In my opinion, overpriced for what we got.

This hotel was in an ok area. The view was beautiful. The parking lot was strangely set up and we ended up having to leave our vehicle far from our room. The pool was so extremely small that we didn't bother trying but to swim. The room was out dated. We made jokes with our children that the blankets and comforters were made before we were born. They were stained and had holes throughout. We tossed them on the floor and slept with only sheets. The carpet was so disgusting. Within minutes of checking in our feet and socks were black. The room was very warm and it took the AC several hours to cool it off. The next morning I discovered cockroaches running in and out of the toilet paper holder. We checked out extremely early. Didn't bother checking out the free breakfast, I could never eat somewhere so filthy. Just a terrible experience over all.

The trip is always a nice stay. I only stay at this hotel when I visit my son.

A wonderful experience. With a clean room and wonderful hotel staff.

THe staff was fantastic and friendly, however, the shower needed some work. the pillows were old and mattress were not the most comfortable

The hotel itself was clean and sufficient. The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The MAID however, let herself in our room several times while we were in it. Once, I wasn't quite dressed and couldn't get to the door quick enough after she knocked, so she just opened it & came on it. Then, 30 mins later, she just barged right in and told us that check out time was in 1 hr. No knock, no nothing and didn't really apologize! We were there for our 10 yr Anniversary. We could have been otherwise engaged. Not appropriate from the staff . And this happened after the phone rang off the hook very early that morning for a wake up call we didn't ask for. It even rang when you took the phone off the hook. The management did not give us any kind of refund.

It was wonderful place to stay with the family. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will be staying there again when visiting my son.

It was a wonderful room with a Great View of Lookout Mountain.

This was an ok place to stay for one night. The bed wasn't great and the pool was really chlorinated. It made it tough for the kids to swim. The location was about 5-8 mins in reference to the aquarium but you can spend $50 more and be within walking distance from the aquarium and children's museum and you wouldn't have to pay $9 for an all day pass to park. ($7 for 2 hrs.)

Needed an affordable place to stay for a weekend in Chattanooga. This place fit the bill. Check in was super easy, check out the same. Room was clean and had no problems during our stay. Would gladly stay there again.

We were stopping at this hotel to break up a longer trip. We got in very late (2:30 am) and was greeted by helpful and excellent staff. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and we woke up to an excellent view the next morning!

the room was nice to stay in once we were able to get in it. Had to try a couple of different key cards to get in but the staff was very nice and apologize, We only stayed one night, but would stop there again

Good location and good price I would definatly stay again staff was very nice pool was clean and nice also.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. Nothing extraordinary about this hotel. The continental breakfast and coffee left a lot to be desired. The location is beautiful and easy to get to many area attractions within 30 minutes.

The room and bathroom were clean and the area was fine. I picked this place because it was a decent deal on a place to sleep, not much else. If that's all you are looking for then it is perfect, but if you are looking for 5 star accommodations then this probably isn't the place.

The breakfast is free, the staff is friendly! The location is good.

Dispite the fact that nothing worked, the hair dryer, the toilet (had to hold the handle down to flush), the door lock, I was going to give it the benefit of the doubt. The badly chipped walls in desperate need of painting could be overlooked. The beds were okay, at least no bedbugs. The continental breakfast was the worst! Ran out of everything by 8:30 am. And only 3 tables to sit at for guests? Really? If you don't have a place to sit for breakfast, maybe you should forgo the ugly Christmas tree in the lobby! Needless to say, a two star rating is very generous in this case!

We are terribly sorry that your stay was less than satisfying. As you called me last week to let me know you found a bedbug in your suitcase, I immediately took the room out of order until I could get a professional pest control out to inspect the room for possible bedbugs. The report came back with no evidence of bedbugs in the room. You had said that you had stayed at several hotels on your trip, so maybe you can contact them so they can have their room checked as well. Again, there was no findings by the pest control agent. Thanks for bringing your issues to our attention. Take care and have a good day.

We will continue to work really hard to ensure that our guest feel safe and are happy with their stay. As our breakfast area and lobby is quiet small we are looking to expand in the future.I am sorry that your stay was on the unpleasant side. I do hope you will give us another try in the future. Again, thanks for being our guest and for letting us know about your stay.
