It’s not the cleanest, furniture needs upgrading. The chair in the living room has hairs!!! Who knows where they’re from!?! The lady in the front desk looks like she doesn’t want her job! With the amount paid, you’ll think they shouldn’t charge for parking anymore but they do. Parking is so compact too!
Krista was not only extremely kind, warm and welcoming at check-in, as she continually displayed a very exceptional attitude with each and every subsequent interaction we shared. The other Christa was also very nice and seemed to do her best to accommodate my requests. I will definitely stay there again.
The property was fine. The couch was not very comfortable, and the tub/shower drained slowly. It was also very noisy- there's a train not far away which ran by at night, we could easily hear people talking in the pool area, and it was very loud when people above us were walking around and when the people next door checked out and housekeeping was vacuuming. The showers and toilets were also very loud, even when they were used in rooms above and adjacent to us. Aside from the noisiness it was a nice place. It was convenient and pretty clean.
For the price that is being charge the property does not meet a good standard. This is an old property that is not being kept up to date.
This property was quiet, safe, and had what I needed to make my stay comfortable.
Property and room were disgusting. No privacy. Room smelled like trash. In the parking lot there were people loitering and leaning against my car at odd hours of the night. Came out to BBQ sauce and ketchup all over my brand new car. This place is disgusting and I absolutely want a reimbursement of some sort. I will never book through orbitz again if I can’t have some sort of credit or reimbursement. Never staying at this hotel ever again. I go into LA once a month for 8-10 day periods every single month.
The pool not open no breakfast how it says unlimited breakfast !!!

I love the two room suite. It was perfect for my family of seven.
Customer service was great from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. This would be an excellent choice for a guest with little ones as it is easy to try and keep them in the same routine that they would have at home. Plenty of room for them to run around in and not feel like everyone is just crammed in one space.
Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Couldn't ask for more.

I would stay hear again in a heartbeat. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Complimentary included: breakfast every morning, dinner Monday through Wednesday, washers and dryers you can use 24/7, pool, and spa. They had other ammendities as well that we didn't take advantage of. Top notch hotel!!!!
Very comfortable home away from home. Love the kitchenette in every room.
My room was great but the smell of the artificial deodorizer in the lobby as well as in the room was overwhelming. The lobby and room was very clean so I am not sure what they were trying to cover up. The deodorizer was strong enough that is triggered my allergies. I had a board meeting to attend the following day and it looked like someone punched me in the face.
To not have maid service and then tell me that I was told at check in ( I wasn't) and then to not have wake up calls is all a bit much. The hotel was clean, the location fine, but come on, no wake up call?
