This is a nice property and the rooms are quite large. The man who checked us in had to hunt deeply to find out reservation but did it with a smile on his face.
Good central location .
Property was very clean and well maintained. Felt safe and comfortable as well.
The parking is a bit cramped, typical of Canada as a whole. There is a lot of construction next door, which, of course, isn't their fault. The lobby, breakfast area, and business center are well maintained. The rooms are a little bit on the older side and could use some work. Great location--and the best hotel in Chatham (and I've tried a number of them).
The staff was very helpful at check in and with finding a restaurant. The room was fine, although, if you looked carefully, the carpet was a bit old. The beds were fine. The bathroom was small, with a very low toilet, but the shower worked well. The breakfast was decent, if not gourmet. For the price, it was a good hotel.
