Rooms are on multiple levels with checkin on level 2. I purchased a room with a King bed but when arriving at the room (arrived at the room after 10:00 pm) discovered that the room was a king (distance between bed side tables and lamps was correct) but the king bed had been replaced with a queen. It was late and the parking lot was packed. When requesting a price adjustment the following morning I was informed they couldn’t do anything because I had booked it through Expedia (Orbitz) Expedia was not willing to make adjustments even though everyone agrees we didn’t receive the room we purchased. Not satisfied with booking service who refused to hold the hotel accountable.

We usually have a good experience at Holiday Inn. The room we were given was horrible. Not sure if this was because we booked with Orbitz and not directly with the hotel. Our room had an outside entry door and was located in the back of the hotel. very old and out dated. Electrical extensions were plugged into every outlet in the room. Furniture damaged and falling apart. Musty smell. When asked to change rooms we were ignored and not accommodated. The room was definitely not worth the price we paid. At check out, I expressed my concerns and the clerk reduced the rate. I was pleased with that, but will be passing up Holiday Inns in the future!!

Hard to find. You had to actually drive through another businesses parking lot to get to it. That is very frustrating at the end of a long day. Otherwise the hotel was what we expect at Holiday Inn Expresses.
