Horrifying motel I've ever been in. It was dirty, toilet seat broke, dirty linens on beds moms in shower hole In wall dresser drawers busted

I fled this motel after staying for one hour. First, I asked for a non-smoking room. The room I got reeked of smoke. Second, the room was in tatters: upholstery peeling off the chair, fabric frayed all around, fluorescent lighting, dirty carpet, mold encrusted in bathroom tile. Plus, shady looking characters were all around. I fled to the Dalton Inn on the University of Virginia campus. The staff there told me that I made the right move, as the Super 8 is known locally for drugs and prostitution. Choose the Super 8 at your peril.

The staff is great, but rooms cleaned, roof over your head, but the rooms extremely needs some serious remodeling.

The receptionist was rude and disgusting to me. When i checked in, she was eating and she made me know that she was upset that i interrupted her. She put me in a smoking room even though i asked for 'Non-smoking' and i couldn't breath. When i complained, she charged me double for Non-Smoking', so i asked for the supervisor and she said: " I am all you get, take it or leave, Zdont let rhe doirhit you on the way out".

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Nothing but scumbags stay here. Yard apes smoking dope in the hall ways and the whole place smells like a dead body.

Bad odor in hallways. Multiple broken items in room. Noisy. Uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend. Spend a little more and stay somewhere clean.

I appreciate motels that keep rates down even if the furniture and decor look run down. What was disappointing was some of the staff's choices. The woman at the front desk was rude when I registered. On my last morning, the coffee machine broke and the staff made no effort to somehow make coffee available anyway. Some staff members did well during my stay; some did not.

The place was dark and much of the room was in disrepair (e.g.) cracks in the walls, missing edging on cabinets, etc. Just a step belie comfortable.

It is convenient to get to the hotel from the I-581. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check In and Check Out were fairly easy and simple. Will definitely choose to stay again when I come back.

Good location, near lots of shopping and food. The hotel is a bit in need of updating, lots of things in the room looked like they'd been cobbled together. But, for the money, it's a good cheap nights sleep for this area.

We got what we expected from a Super 8. This one was better than most we have stayed at. We liked the woman who covered the night shift. We got in late so we got to see her both at the beginning of her shift and then at the end the next morning. She was pleasant and efficient.

We had two queens bed because i did not for sure if daughter was coming and her husband, and we ask if they could be in the same room and the desk clerk was very rude and mean to us,but she said we can another room for 109 a night, and we paid only 59 for our ,so we went down the road at red carpet for my kids for 60,and they had a pool, refridger, and microwave in their room and we had none that,we really did not want to stay there but we paid for it on line a ready, and a person working there was park in the handcaped parking all weekend and my husband cant walk that good and had to walk across the hotel while thecar was not even handcap, nothing on car all weekend

There was a strange odor throughout he entire hotel. Everything felt damp and musty. Just not a good experience. Breakfast was almost non-existent.

I checked in on a Thurs night and the front desk clerk was not very friendly. She never gave me eye contact . The bed wasn't very comfortable but I guess it's the price you pay

Horrible Hotel. Avoid it if you can. Not clean. Cigarette burns in bedding. Room had odors to it that were not pleasant. Maintenance is not kept up with such as missing caulk, burned out light bulbs etc. Vending machines did not work. Definitely not worth even the low rate they charge.

A no frills hotel at a cheap price. TV was still CRT. Bed was passable. The neighborhood wasn't that great, litter in the parking lot - likely from neighboring convenience store. The free breakfast was a disappointment - even with low expectations. Stingiest free breakfast I have ever encountered.

Breif stay from airport overnight for short period staff was helpful

The Mexican restaurant across the street was good. The room was larger and a little more comfortable than I expected. Breakfast was minimal, cereal, toast, coffee, toaster waffles, and yogurt.

I was not pleased with the hotel at all. The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were flat, there were stink bugs in the room everywhere, and you had no comfy chair to sit on to watch tv. It smelled of cigerettes even when we asked for the non-smoking rooms and the beds were full instead of queen as we ask for. Was not impressed with this hotel at all.

It's not Marriott, but is clean and beds were extremely comfortable and pillows very soft. Nice older man in the morning was very cheerful and helpful! Can't beat the price and breakfast was good.Value can not be beat! Economy lodging!
