Only one night but staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and buffet breakfast the next morning was great! Location was close enough to walk to dinner and entertainment venues (even in heels)

This is a very complete and comfortable place to stay. Large rooms, with full kitchen facilities, coffee, tea, popcorn in the room. Full breakfast included, with a good variety of foods, including hot ones. Wifi included, reasonably fast. Right next to the baseball stadium, convenient to downtown. Good value for the cost. We've stayed here several times with no complaint.

Our flight was cancelled and unable to keep our original reservation and the staff was very helpful with our change in plans, plus they didn't charge us for the missed night! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and something not usually included with other area hotels. My family was very happy with the room, especially having a refrigerator and microwave. Many of these items are not in other hotel rooms. We will certainly return.

Though the hotel was significantly overpriced because the inflation due to several cancelled flights, it was extremely comfortable. The quality and cleanliness of the room was wonderful! The staff was extremely pleasant both at the front desk and the bar. They were kind and worked with urgency.

Wonderful accessibility to all the downtown Charlotte locations (entertainment, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores). Personal favorite Harris Tweeter - excellent location to your hotel. Hotel staff very accommodating and professional, but particularly very personable. The complementory breakfast was the best I've ever had in my travels. I particularly was very impressed with your shuttle service. One point: for early departures (6am), it would be nice to have a shuttle service available before 7am. However, a staff member was very helpful in getting us the info for a cab. My husband and I would definitely return. Barbara Parker kolakoski

Everything was perfect. A very nice place to stay. Would stay there again if we ever have to go back to Charlotte, NC

Stayed at this hotel for a concert at the Time Warner Arena. The location was great, but the bed was fairly uncomfortable. Overall it was a clean room. I would recommend this.

Amazing staff and great rooms! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Perfect location - walking distance from down town and restaurants. Parking was right next to hotel. We were very pleased, and having two connected bedrooms when traveling with teens is so nice!

Only 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center. Spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen. There was a raucous birthday party in one of the meeting rooms on the lobby level but very quiet in my room (5th floor) and it wasn't so bad even in the lobby bar. Staff at reception and bartender were all very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was included and the selection was more than adequate (including cooked - not instant - oatmeal and a selection of yogurt). I'd definitely stay there again.

The staff was very attentive and took care of all of our needs. The only issue was that our room had a strong spice\food smell upon entrance. The windows in both the living area and bedroom were open, which I assume means they were trying to get the smell out. Breakfast was awesome and the hotel location was perfect to downtown.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean and convenient. The bar location is convenient. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The people were extremly nice and accomadating. I will go back again. The only thing in my opinion that would make this a 5 star would have been an inside pool. the buffet breakfast was good and the rooms looked just like in the pictures. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is very well located, and it is very pretty. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk woman was fantastic: super friendly and helpful. I am sorry I did not ask for her name, but I appreciate her help. She gave me a room with the best view ever of the city skyline. Besides, the breakfast was pretty good. This is not the cheapest hotel ever, but I thought it was a good value for the money I paid. Thank you.

IT was really good. Great staff. The room had everything you needed including the kitchen sink.

best location to the stadium--in walking distance. Been there before and enjoyed it.

I took my girlfriend to Charlotte for a Bobcats game. She had never been to a professional game and I surprised her with tickets for Christmas. Charlotte was beautiful and the people we truly a pleasure to be around. Everything the town has to offer is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. They have several social events at the hotel, and a very reliable shuttle service. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area.

The hotel was perfect for my needs as a single woman staying alone for business. It was clean and the staff was lovely.

This hotel was is the best location, a block from bank of america stadium and walking distance to the bars, they even had a free shuttle to take you to the bars or anywhere, the front desk staff was some of the best I have ever encountered, after my stay at this hotels I specifically look for Marriotts to stay at , and they offered free beer and wine at the hotel bar from 5pm- 730pm monday thru thursday

i was there for a football game. the staff was perfect. rooms were clean. location was great.
