This is a worn out facility that needs a lot of upgrades, renovations, etc. Walls are deteriorating, bathroom was very dated with lots of staining, carpets are worn and everything has an aura of poor maintenance. The general location was very marginal. Metal fencing surrounded the property so you felt like they were trying to keep out undesirable people. Across the street was a rundown small strip center, where one of the tenants was a "gentlemens" club.
Very sketchy. We didn't sleep there because we felt very unsafe.
The Carpets are dingy, it needs to be deep clean.

The staff was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Our TV didn't pick up any channels so we just watched a movie on one of the electronic devices we brought. But thr reason I'm giving such a low rating is that we found a live cockroach in our bathroom in the morning. That is disgusting!
The front desk lady talk me trash to me she have a bad behavior against the customer I lost the shuttle to the airport at 9:30 am and I was trying to talk to the driver if I have a chance to go a 10am shuttle and she jump on me like she in on the hood, nobody deserve Been treated like trash.

This property was run down and needs to be upgraded. When I first checked in the room I received smelled very musty, there were no garbage cans and the phone didn't work. I went to to the front desk and they said they will get someone to handle this. I left for a few hours and came back hoping it was taken care of but it wasn't. I packed my stuff up and went to the front desk. I talked to the manager who apologized for the issue and gave me a new room. Even though it was better the tub in the room didn't drain well. Overall this hotel needs some upgrades as it looks run down.
We loved the meeting room area. We had friends we had not seen in 10 years and we were able to sit and chat. It was a nice place to take pictures.
This is literally the worst hotel I've been in in the US. Every piece of furniture was chipped and badly worn, the toilet seat was broken, the stairwell unswept and filthy,.hallway walls stained. I arrived early and asked for a place to work. I was told to go to the atrium, without air conditioning, or the business center, which had no chairs. It was appalling.
