great stay with a super clean room. we would recommend it to anybody going to this area

Unfortunately a huge disappointment! The room had no smoke detectors, the bath tub was very stained and dirty, the paint was peeling from the walls, the security lock was missing from the door, many of their security feeds were down, a man asked to buy drugs from me in the parking lot, and worse yet there was mold growing on the walls. I asked to be moved and the clerk obliged but the other rooms had the same problems with just a different colored bedspread. I was too tired to move again at that point and brought the Lysol and my blankets from the car to try to make the best of a big mistake I made in booking online.

Quick stop was ok for myself, would not bring the family

i wasnt expecting a great room but this one had roaches in it, the plumbing was backed up so i couldnt use the bathroom and when i showered it turned into a full bath of water. i think the people in the room next to me lived there cause every 5 minutes someone was knocking at there door up to 11 pm. and i couldnt request a different room because they close the lobby after 6 pm.

Should have looked at other comments on this hotel before hastily booking after a long day of driving. This place , although convenient to I-77, is bad news. The bathroom was deplorable (sink falling out) paint peeling and not clean. Walls were cracked were it looked they had been punched in. Most electrical outlets did not work. The worst part was you had an unsafe feeling about the place. We were awoken at 3am from someone yelling in the parking lot. Never again.

The rooms are poor. Items listed to be in each room are not furnished. Rooms smell of smoke. Bathrooms are very poor. I rate this hotel with zero stars

The staff for the most part was nice but the rooms were not clean, they were all infested with ants and cockroaches. I was moved to 3 separate rooms but nothing worked out, woke up early the 2nd morning to ants in my bed and got outta there!

I travel alot and let me tell you if this choosing this hotel says something about me then I am a complete idiot. I admit I was trying to save a buck on a multi-city trip of NC but trust me - skip this one. Too many cons but the worst part is the continental breakfast had about 7 muffins that was it, no coffee, no cereal, NOTHING!!!! The place smelled and its in a shady part of town right off the highway.

We tried 3 rooms before we found one with an Air Conditioner that worked. Once we got settled in we noticed ants crawling all over the bed. Ended up checking out that night and going to a much cleaner hotel.

All i can say is if you have family with little kids do not go, unless you want to be on the next episode of "The First 48"...

Needed a cheap place to stay for a night after a late trip to carowinds amusment park. Had some holes in the walls and smelled but it was cheap and close to the park.

I had a bad Experience, I moved to another hotel ! Upon attempting to check in, the woman at the front informed me that she did not have a reservation in my name. I told her I made the resevation on your company on February 9th. She said that I would have to call your comapy. I contacted your company on the phone the representative found my reservation and the woman at the front desk would need to check their online system. The woman at the front desk said that your company would have to fax the reservation over. While your company rep was generating the reservation to fax over on her online system, the fax came through at the front desk automatically. The woman at the front desk then said she may not have a room for me because she just received the reservation. The reservation was for a NON SMOKING ROOM. She found a room for me and gave me the keys. Immediately upon walking into the room it smelled like a dirty ashtray ! The appeance of the room was not bad but definitely had smoking residue all over it. The towels were thin as a napkin, the iron was caked with brown residue and leaked water, and the ironing board was stuck in the open position in the closet and could not be closed. Also the outside appearance of the hotel was very dirty. Since I had prepaid with your company, I stayed one night and just left the hotel and booked another in downtown Charlotte. After paying around $225 for my 3 night stay in Charlotte. I paid an additional $576 to stay Saturday and Sunday Night at my other hotel.

wonderful and restful, clean and well maintained rooms

This is not a fancy place but it is a good place to sleep for not much money and it is right beside the interstate. Treat the staff with respect and they will bend over backwards for you.

There are strange stains on the seats and floor, the guy in the room next to us kept knocking on the wall but they didnt have a room to move us to but parking lot was just about empty. Besides that it's fine for a short stay.

Me and my gf stayed here recently and the room was surprisingly very clean, spacious, and comfy. The room service comes early to see if you checking out, but they aren't bothersome like some places and allow you to be reasonably late in leaving. It was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Hotel didn't have my reservations, it took one hour to registar. Rooms were not very clean.

Do not stay there even if free, it is not clean, safe or in descent shape and staff is worse

The room was old, outdated, worn out...felt like it was unclean.

This hotel was nasty, the walls had throw up on it and I will never stay there again
