Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean comfortable room.

We were a little cold the first night because we were exhausted and it didn't occur to me to check to make sure that the heater was set to heat and not cool in December. The home like feel of the rooms is wonderful. The rooms could use some repair in places, but the ability to sit comfortably at a place other than your bed, desk chair or lone armchair is great especially when more than one person share the room.

This is the 1st time we stayed at the Homewood Suites. The price we paid was low as compare to other hotels we stayed for a suite for a family of 4 with a full kitchen. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel offers free dinner and drinks on Mon to Wed (not sure about Thursday). Don't expect full dinner but it's nice enough to have some snacks, salad, or soup with a glass of wine or beer. All the staff members were nice and friendly except the receptionists. That was a surprise to me since I'd been in many hotels that to me in most of those the nicest, most friendly people usually are the receptionist. I don't recall to have a "welcome" when I checked in and to be asked if my stay was OK during check out.

spacious suit. two TV, couch, ottoman/table. real kitchen, stove and fridge.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend - we had initially booked a 2-bed queen but when we arrived we were upgraded to a king-sized suite due to the elevator not working in the part of the building where we initially going to be staying. The staff was incredibly friendly, the included breakfast was great and the room was fantastic.

Decent size room, little old but loved the full size kitchen. My only complaint is the check in lady with blonde hair was super rude, rushed me walked away so she can go back and play with her phone.

Enjoyed stay. Upgrade was wonderful. We were trying to get staff to commit that a room would be available at a earlier time but was not certain they could do it.

The staff was tremendous, specifically Shawna at the front desk & food service staff.

Very nice hotel - well appointed, clean, well maintained, rooms were spacious. Took 45 minutes to get the hotel shuttle to pick up from airport to hotel, but 10 minutes the next morning. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Would stay again if in Charlotte.

We were visiting Charlotte while interviewing for several jobs. This hotel is centrally located and made getting around the city very easy. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The food was good, and our stay was very enjoyable. In fact, we are planning to stay there again on our upcoming trip when we will be looking for a home to rent.

The room was very comfortable, although the furnishings were dated. The good news about that, the hotel was being renovated. The service and the friendliness of the staff was the best we have experienced at a hotel in this price range. We will recommend this hotel chain to all our family and friends.

It is very good for a business trip. I like Homewood.

A solid choice if you want to stay near the CLT airport. Clean, comfortable rooms and a very good staff. We arrived on a Sunday, and most things were closed that evening. The shuttle operator volunteered to transport us to a restaurant and pick us up. GREAT service.

Great place to stay!! Close to airport. Great friendly staff. AC needs new compressor but cool enough . Nice well stocked breakfast.

Very nice and clean. Would stay there again if price was lower.

Went to Charlotte, Asheville for vacation and only spent 1 night here to be close to the airport the night we left. Overall condition is very good. Clean, affordable, comfortble place for the night. The area is fine, but probably not the best if you want to be right downtown.

Got in late from an international flight and the hotel staff was very accommodating. Moved us to a different room with a bathtub and helped with access to the business center. Great breakfast the next morning. The hotel is a bit far from the airport to bill itself as an "airport hotel." Overall, a great place for business travel.

HOTEL STAFF WAS AMAZING. [...] THE MGR. WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HE REMEMBERED MY NAME EVERYTIME HE SAW ME WHICH I THINK WAS A NICE TOUCH EVEN WITH SO MANY GUESTS.

This place was perfect from check-in to check-out. Great room with lots of space, fridge, etc. Nice supper and breakfast, and a beautiful property in general. The staff is outstanding.

GREAT STAY
