Property was very old and unkept. Good Location, Description online did not match actual property. Saw evidence of bugs and roaches.

Made my reservation based on only spending the night for concert and pictures online. Get out of work early, I was going to chill by the pool until my husband got off work and got there. Pull in and just by how filthy the front door was I new I was in trouble. Go in to hear woman at the front desk telling a guest to make her kids quit calling. Why because it’s 90 something out and the pool is closed! On the website they advertise the nice pool! I check in go to a non smoking room that smells of nothing but cigarette smoke! Go back to the desk and refuse to stay in it. Woman says do you want to check out. I ask for a manager. She says your looking at her! I said that’s your resolution?! I’ve 75 miles from home for a concert with no time to rebook! She sends me to another room. Phone rings and I’m asked if the smell is better. I say better but not good! She tells me she will send housekeeping with air freshener. We travel a lot and never has a hotel ever had to say that to me! Housekeeping never showed! I had my husband buy Lysol on his way to spray down the bed. Room was gross, whole hotel smelled! I asked where the ice machine was and was told to look in the freezer. Nasty plastic ice tray.Get up very early for work, go to check out, there is this metal pull down window at the front desk( wish I had taken a pic of that) I bang on it, no sign about where to put key etc. This guys pulls the metal thing, takes key. I insisted on receipt. Never again! Lodged complaint w/ PayPal!

Great hotel nice location areas I will tell the staff it need to work on it have Bottles of waters in the room maybe other then that great hotel and nice and friendly staff

Room was not clean. Stains on carpet. Pillows were small and flat. Not updated at all. And the smell was atrocious!!!!!

The front desk attendant was incredibly nice. The check in and out was quick and easy. The floor plan was comfortable and roomy. The room was not filthy but it was not really clean either, I could feel the floor was sticky and when I cleaned it, I was bewildered at how dirty it was, it was disappointing. While the hotel amenities stated the kitchenette comes with cookware and dishware, it does not. You have to provide your own. If the kitchen feature is important to you, please understand you need to pack your cook/dishware and bring it along or buy it once you get there. The location is convenient and there are loads of shopping and restaurants in the area.

I was very disappointed by the experience. Place was smelly and looks like a rundown apartment. Had a cockroach in the room. Room was not clean daily, only if you stay over a week.

So, overall, the hotel was just fine. The blankets were a little thin, the air conditioner was weird, and the toilet paper was one-ply. But we got the hotel at a very reasonable price on a really busy weekend and it was within walking distance of our event, so we were totally satisfied with the stay. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the fact that we got a call 20 minutes before we arrived that our hotel had been overbooked and we wouldn't get a room. I was extremely mad as I had booked the room and the money had been deducted from my account in NOVEMBER. The hotel couldn't give me a refund as they hadn't collected from Orbitz yet, Orbitz had a 45 minute hold time to get anyone on the phone, and as compensation, the hotel was going to put us in another place 20 minutes away. The manager was extremely helpful even though I was not in the nicest of moods, he even pulled out his own credit card when I refused to use my card to reserve a 2nd room. In the end, he found us a room and saved the day. So my complaint isn't with the manager, but that orbitz needs to do a better job of communicating payment with the hotel, and the hotel needs to have a better algorithm of who gets bumped in the event of an overbooking, or after a certain date notify those people of possible overbooking. Someone who booked 6 months in advance and paid cash is not the person to bump.

the rms needed swept and dusted , there was mold in the freezer in rm 302 no shower curtain in 344 and the mattresses kept sliding off the bed to the side constantly also you need a automatic door for handicap wheelchair people. to hard to get in an out of front doors

Older smelly hotel. Smells like an older Smoking allowed hotel. Can't get rid of the old smoking smell.

Walked in, checked in, went to the room, and went back to the front desk and cancled, the smell was stomach turning and the rooms were something from a nightmare, you get what you pay for. Cheap room rates for a reason

The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. The facility is in poor condition and it seemed as though people were living there. The other guests were loud throughout the night (not a weekend). I reserved a non-smoking room, but was given a room that had obviously been smoked in and had an ashtray on the table. The whole hotel smelled of smoke and the common areas were very dirty.

Had book a king bed an was giving room with double beds ,when I inform customer service they inform that they only had a king size bed on smoking floor also in bathroom they was nasty substance on the wall an refrigerator was unclean an the room smells like cigarettes customer service

There are no rugs in the rooms so you can at least wash your floors. close to the race track and food restaurants to eat. there are no maids, no soaps, no one changes your garbages or towels until you check out. no coffee pots, absolutely nothing in the kitchenettes. Families actually live there full time.
