So, overall, the hotel was just fine. The blankets were a little thin, the air conditioner was weird, and the toilet paper was one-ply. But we got the hotel at a very reasonable price on a really busy weekend and it was within walking distance of our event, so we were totally satisfied with the stay. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the fact that we got a call 20 minutes before we arrived that our hotel had been overbooked and we wouldn't get a room. I was extremely mad as I had booked the room and the money had been deducted from my account in NOVEMBER. The hotel couldn't give me a refund as they hadn't collected from Orbitz yet, Orbitz had a 45 minute hold time to get anyone on the phone, and as compensation, the hotel was going to put us in another place 20 minutes away. The manager was extremely helpful even though I was not in the nicest of moods, he even pulled out his own credit card when I refused to use my card to reserve a 2nd room. In the end, he found us a room and saved the day. So my complaint isn't with the manager, but that orbitz needs to do a better job of communicating payment with the hotel, and the hotel needs to have a better algorithm of who gets bumped in the event of an overbooking, or after a certain date notify those people of possible overbooking. Someone who booked 6 months in advance and paid cash is not the person to bump.

the rms needed swept and dusted , there was mold in the freezer in rm 302 no shower curtain in 344 and the mattresses kept sliding off the bed to the side constantly also you need a automatic door for handicap wheelchair people. to hard to get in an out of front doors

Older smelly hotel. Smells like an older Smoking allowed hotel. Can't get rid of the old smoking smell.

Walked in, checked in, went to the room, and went back to the front desk and cancled, the smell was stomach turning and the rooms were something from a nightmare, you get what you pay for. Cheap room rates for a reason

The hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. The facility is in poor condition and it seemed as though people were living there. The other guests were loud throughout the night (not a weekend). I reserved a non-smoking room, but was given a room that had obviously been smoked in and had an ashtray on the table. The whole hotel smelled of smoke and the common areas were very dirty.

Had book a king bed an was giving room with double beds ,when I inform customer service they inform that they only had a king size bed on smoking floor also in bathroom they was nasty substance on the wall an refrigerator was unclean an the room smells like cigarettes customer service

We had stayed there before when it had a different name, and it had been better than this time. We rented an efficiency suite, but had to go out and purchase dish detergent, dish washing scrubber, wash/face towels, because the hotel was 'out' of these items. At least there was a 'dollar' store nearby.

For being a last minute find, Suburban Extended Stay was a reasonable priced hotel. It was close to the Tfcon convention which was convenient. The staff was able to help me trade rooms with another costumer which made both arriving parties happy. The room itself was nice. It gave a homely feel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

For and extended stay hotel it met expextations. It was 15 minutes from our event we had to attend. The stove, laundry room worked.

Good location and good place for price. No issues with the hotel or staff. Only stayed a short time for some sleep, check in really late and early check out.

It sucked the room looked s if it was not swept in months. Staff was nice the first lady I encountered anyway housekeeping was not in the job at all

everything you want in a budget hotel and especiallygood and friendly staff

The hotelm was convient to the places we wanted to go, They even had a shuttle that took us to our concert. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice but it could have been cleaner.

This place is perfect if you simply need a place to spend the night. I consider it my home in Concord when attending events in the area. The refrigerator works out perfect for keeping things cold and refreezing ice packs for the next days adventure.

nice day was wonderful and I would always stay when I'm in town I will stay with you all great experience keep up the good work

Stayed there four years ago when it was first built for three months and was very pleased with the service and facilities. My visit for one night was a disappointment. Most areas of the hotel including room smelled of cigarette smoke and overall upkeep was not good. Location is great near restaurants, shopping and Lowes Motor Speedway but needs an overhaul bad.

All together it was a nice hotel and there are tons of attractions in Concord...the mall is huge so it was a good experience.

the hotel itself is smelly it should be called the motel6!
