Pet friendly? What you don’t know when you make your non-refundable reservation on Orbitzs is the hotel also charges you per pet when you stay. Our stay was almost double more then expected when we reserved because we were traveling with our two miniature yorkies and was charged extra when we checked in. Also had a group of 14 people standing outside our window from 1am to 3am smoking “something”. As you can imagine we didn’t get much sleep! I will say the room was clean and very nice. However, the unexpected extra pet charge and visitors outside our room from 1am to 3am ruined our stay. The only thing the front desk did for us when we complained was to give us “Hilton points”. Gee thanks!

Rooms needs to be updated as they look old and used. Ciuld hear alot of noise especially since our room was next to elevator.

Astounded to learn on check-in that my credit card had been mistakenly charged $10,000 for a one-night stay. Still attempting to straighten out this mess with my credit card company. The Hilton clerk knew, beforehand, of this error, and assured me at check-in the erroneous amount had been reversed. Not so.

Our jacuzzi was not working. They moved us. The refrigerator in that room wasn't working, but I didn't notice until much later when I reached in to retrieve the water I tossed in the next morning. When I informed the desk at check out to check the fridge, they did offer me a free bottle of water. Lol
It wasn't worth the price . The layout was good, the beds were very uncomfortable, breakfast was $11.00 extra per person. The staff was exceptional. Very kind and accommodating
Stayed for a soccer tournament. Located just of the Interstate, close to dining and entertainment options. Convenient to all three soccer venues.

We chose this hotel for a recent business trip to Rock Hill. We visit Rock Hill once a year on business and this was our first stay at this hotel. We chose the hotel because it was close to our meetings and events. We liked everything about the hotel except that the hot breakfast was not included with our room rate. They wanted another $9.99 per person per day for the breakfast. We never tried the breakfast as it really didn't look worth it. We simply ate breakfast at the nearby IHOP. The WiFi connection was included with the room and it worked well. We were able to watch live streaming videos with no problems. We were able to print boarding passes for free in the business lounge. There was free coffee in the elevator lobby 24/7 and a coffee maker in the room. The room also had a microwave and small fridge. We are undecided whether we will stay here again next year, or try another hotel. Again, it was nice, clean, comfortable and convenient.
They know how to run a hotel EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
My family and I were in the hotel for less than 12 hours, but from what I could tell, the property seemed great. Room seemed clean enough, conveniently located next to the highway (but traffic noise at night was not a problem), and the beds were great after a long day/night on the road. I'd love to stay again sometime when I have more time to explore.
The front desk staff were wonderful. Of all my travels, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on!! My only complaint was, I needed to stay an extra night because I became ill while there. When I called front desk to request additional night, the clerk insisted I come down and swip my card again. I was too sick to travel needing additional night stay! I certainly wasn't interested in taking an elevator just to swip my credit card again! However, I certainly would stay at this hotel again!! Very comfortable!!! Nice and clean!
