Absolutely disgusting in every way. I refused to check in because of the terrible condition, prostitute fighting with the manager, etc., and they still tried to charge my credit card. This place should be demolished by the government and banned from any participation with online booking agencies.
This property it was very dirty also the shower it was not working we couldn’t take shower and it was bad smell
Staff was polite. The property wasnt the nicest. Rooms were wildly run down and need a lot of work. Very loud and bright inside the rooms, even with the curtains pulled. The AC in one of the rooms wasnt putting out much air which made the room kinda hot and stagnant. Both rooms reeked like weed when we entered.
No matter how tempted you are to get this hotel because it's close to the airport- trust me... Don't. This property was filthy. You could see dirt that had been ground in on the floor and the chair in the rooms. Some outlets didn't work. The refrigerator was iced up. The tv remote had tape holding the batteries in instead of having a battery cover, and the tv didn't come on. The room smelled weird. And on top of all that... Our key card didn't work. When we told the front desk- he walked us to our room and let us in, said, “Oh, the battery in the door is dead,” and started to walk off. Puzzled, my girlfriend and I gave each other a weird look, and I asked the man, “So, what do we do if we leave the room and need to get back in? Because our key card doesn't work.” He responded, “Just come to the front desk, and ill let you in.” I mean- I guess that works- but there are a lot of problems here. We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to the airport, and we had a delayed flight/layover- so we just needed a place to sleep. The Orbitz reviews seemed ok. This place was not. This is literally the second-worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Definitely a lower end property. Shower was broken and shot water outside of the curtain soaking the whole room. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. But…..it was only 4 minutes to the airport.
Hotel was dirty, stunk, and was not as described.
The clerk at the front desk didnt know where our room was. Sent us in the wrong direction. The shuttle driver was rude. Didnt stop inthe designated area. My wife said the coffe the next morning in the office was great.
This dump of a motel requires a $100 CASH deposit before they will give you a room key. Property is totally dilapidated, overgrown in weeds and trash everywhere outside. No remote for tv and filthy bathroom. Do not stay here.
Hard to find—no ice machine, no dining amenities, shower not in satisfactory condition, sloppy check-in area, no TV guide to indicate what channels had what content - very frustrating
Nothing was special about it
Dead bugs in the room. Live bugs in the curtains. No breakfast as advertised. No snack machine. Free shuttle never showed up to pick us up at the airport. Called for two hours to ask about the shuttle no one answered.
Signage could be better, rude guests yelling at 11:50
Horrible
The manager was very polite and very professional while working with me. I would like to say thank you.

we are currently in the middle of renovations, we would like to know what you are referring to that's loud inside the room?

we are sorry to hear about your experience. we are trying to stop guest who breaks the rules and smoke in our rooms, if the shower was broken if you do not inform the front desk we can not take care of that problem,
Hotel was dirty, stunk, and was not as described.
we do see that your reservation was a no show meaning you did not come to the hotel, please lets not make false accusations against any property if you have not been to that property

we are sorry for that, the guy that checked you in is new and still learning the property layout, and we will address the rudeness of our shuttle driver

yes sure, if you choose to pay your room in cash we will require that deposit it is also posted up in the lobby stating this, if there was no remote in the room if notified the desk clerk they could have brought you one to the room or you could have came and picked one up from the desk depending on the time
thank you for your feedback, and thank you for your business
