Had to file a complaint regarding the pool. Somehow the chlorine level had been increased therefore burning my eyes, ruining my bathing suit and tarnishing my bracelets. I filed complaint at the hotel front desk, as of this writing, I have not received a Response. I was quite surprised at this due to the fact that I have attended this hotel for many years, never experiencing any problems.
Nice, clean hotel. I loved the large room size! Great location close to shops and restaurants! Limited option for breakfast, but still sufficient. This was our second time staying here and it has become out top hotel pick when in the Rock Hill area. WE will be back!

Rooms were comfortable, clean and huge! First time at a Suites location and was very impressed. Good breakfast. Nice pool, although I didn't have time to try it. Located conveniently to a lot of popular chain restaurants. Located conveniently of highway 77, which was a perfect stopping location for a PA to Orlando trip. Almost exactly half way.
Very friendly staff from the desk clerk, house keeping all the way to the breakfast prep person. Always ready to accommodate your every request. I would definitely stay here again!
This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were many options for breakfast. The price was right. The best hotel we've stayed at in the price range. Also it was a nice area with easy on/off the freeway. Lots of shopping available.
