My scheduled check in time was 3:00pm. I arrived to the hotel nearly 6:00pm and was told by the front desk clerk that he wasn’t sure if my room was ready or not. Instead of checking for an update, he told me “you can go see for yourself if it’s ready.” Furthermore his demeanor and disposition was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The way the hotel rooms are set up, it is odd room numbers on one side and even numbers on the however; no one informed us of this as they should have. I even caught another resident complaining about this because they were confused and again the clerk was rude about letting them know something that could have been so simple to tell us from the start. When we finally got to our room, as soon as I cracked the door, I could smell the horrible scent in the room. It reeked of urine and cigarettes. I couldn’t take it. The furniture was dirty and disgusting. I immediately cancelled my reservations and although I feel that I should have received a refund, I couldn’t fathom dealing with the terrible customer service any longer so I handed in the key and found somewhere else to stay. Terrible experience.
I checked into the hotel and they gave me my room when I got to my room it was filthy beer bottles and trash everywhere. Went back to the front desk and they gave me another room the carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. I went out the next day and came back and they had checked me out of my hotel room when I paid for three days . Housekeeping took all my stuff and the hotel can’t seem to get it back. So the staff basically stole my things and management didn’t seem to care. They said when I check out they would make things right . There idea to make things right was to give me a $30.00 discount. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Upon check in, I was given a dirty room; when i reported this to the receptionist I was told: "I kind of figured it wasn't clean yet, but i haven't had time to check to see how far they (the cleaning staff) have gotten". Following this i was given a room that didn't have the securing lock ability. That room made me break out the clorox wipes still and go purchase blankets for me and the kids as well. We drove from Florida and were too tired to find another hotel at that point. I will never go there again.

Breakfast is coffee, juice and prepackaged muffins. One day didn't clean the room.
The room was enjoyable in every way, bed, cleaniness, had every thing I needed and very comfortable
Lobby very warm, otherwise everything was equal to the rate we paid.
Staff was ok but room was not the best . Breakfast could be better.
the room was clean BUT there were too many cockroaches, there were cockroaches everywhere

hello sorry for your bad experience but to be able to look into this matter i would need to know what day your checked in and the name on your room and room number

Nonetheless, it is unacceptable, and we ask that you reach out to us directly so we can learn more about what took place and make amends. im sorry that you had a bad experience, we had just changed shifts upon your arrivial and the front desk person DID NOT go check with the housekeepers to see what is available.
