Phil and Anne’s was perfect for our weekend needs. The room was clean and looked new. The property was maintained well. The location was easy to get to with plenty of things around. Overall would stay here again and suggest it to friends.

It is a nice family friendly place. The bathroom smelled like bleach. Could use some updating. Nice owners that owned the sweetest little dog. Kids loved the pool and games. Friendly staff.
The pool was wonderful, the property was very clean many things for the kids to do and close to beaches
Spotless, small room. The bed was a bit firm and we woke up with achy backs. It was a good value. If we were a bit younger it would have been fine.
A small old-style motel with very attractive building and grounds. Room (one queen bed) was simple, clean, and comfortable, with small fridge and microwave. No coffee in room or on premises, but Dunkin Donuts is a short walk away. Backs up onto Rt. 1, so there is some traffic noise, but it's not too bad in the room and tapers off quite a bit at night. Friendly staff. Nice looking pool but it wasn't open yet.
