Great location. Staff friendly, professional and attentive to any issue. Having breakfast & happy hour in the courtyard was always pleasant.

I liked that the hotel has a feel that aligns with Charleston we slept in real (antique looking) beds. The staff was very nice and was happy to accomodate my few requests. The snacks were perfect and I was sorry to miss the wine and cheese hour! My only complaints is that the rug in our sink area is way past its prime and looked pretty grungy and the bathroom could use a little perking up. Overall we were happy with out stay and would stay there again. Great location and the parking was easy!

This is such a quaint and cozy place. Staff were extremely friendly. Everyone we came into contact with was personable. Check in was a breeze. Parking was directly in front of hotel and $16/night. We have paid much more in that area before. We were within walking distance to everything. Our room was lovely, everything was clean. The bathroom is a bit small but we didn’t mind. We could hear our neighbors through the wall but we turned our fan up on the heater and didn’t have a problem, slept well. Overall this is a gem and we would love to stay there again. Reminds me of staying at my grandma’s with all the decor in the room. Courtyard was beautiful and could hear the water fountain which was peaceful. Wine and cheese in the evening was a hit for us. Breakfast in the am was awesome: they had grab bags and bacon, pancakes wrapped to go. Coffee and water was always available. Loved Indigo Inn. We will be back! ❤️

Great charming place with a cute courtyard where you could eat breakfast and have a glass of wine in the afternoon. Very friendly people working there.

If you Love Old World charm, then this is the place to be right in the heart of the city! Bathrooms are updated with glass showers, Very Nice! I really enjoyed my stay.

Lovely little hotel. A hidden treasure in downtown.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and wine time were great and added to the quality of our stay. The location is fantastic for walking to the market and taking in sights.

Uniquely stylish, cozy, clean ad excellent location. Will be back.

Location was fantastic and staff was very pleasant

The staff was very friendly and courteous. We checked in early with no problems. The room was nice and clean. The property itself is gorgeous. We were impressed by the nightly wine and cheese and the yummy breakfast buffet. The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting downtown. We will definitely be back.

Our room had no window. HVAC was inconsistent. This lead to feeling very claustrophobic in the room. Extra blanket should have been washed. It actually had an used smell. Floor was also dirty and should have been scrubbed, even tho it was not visibly dirty. Otherwise, room was good. Service was great. Front desk very helpful. Convenient to everything.

Property very elegant for the price. Location good in the downtown area. Lots of food and drinks within walking distance. Close to Cruise Port which is why I chose it. Staff is friendly and available. Nice cozy courtyard. Small continental breakfast and happy hour drinks/appetizers are included. Light parking fee makes it a no-brainer.

My stay at indigo was so great. The staff treated us like family from beginning to the end of our stay. Great breakfast, location, and wine and cheese. I will stay at this inn when I visit Charleston again.

First of all the price was right. The property is centrally located. The courtyard was lovely Altho the weather was chilly and we didn’t use it. They have a decent continental breakfast and the staff is polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Central location, easy parking, comfortable sitting area in room.

Parking was super easy — right next to the hotel, self service. Loved having a leather couch and chair in the room. Made it easy to visit with friends.
