Recent guest reviews

For and accessible room it was very small. Definitely not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues

the TV control was not working and got one right away great response to issues

Hotel in bad shape. Leaking roofs dirty smelly halls and stairway. Smoking.

Pros: Great staff. Very helpful manager. Super nice guy running the their breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Close to airport. Cons: Worst tasting eggs I've EVER had in my life!! Very limited food at breakfast (we left to eat at McDonalds next door), - There was no seal on our door frame for our room, so the light from the hallway came into our room from the top, bottom and sides of the door and EVERY sound from the hallway. Room# 410 if you're interested. Also, we had fan issues with the AC. - $40 taxi to Charleston visitor center Summary: Good place to stop for the night, if your final destination is far away and you need to stop. But don't stay there if you're visiting Charleston.

After reading several reviews on other hotels, I rebooked this location. We couldn't have been more pleased. Clean, newly renovated, friendly staff plus breakfast. Would highly recommend.

i loved it and i would recommend this hotel for any situation

when I got there they had information ready for me to check in. The staff was great.

Always stay at Sleep inn; its reasonable and accommodating. The breakfast is free and also quite good.

Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Sleep Inn. It was conveniently located to where I needed to go. Everyone was very helpful.

I've always like Sleep Inn. I had a great experience in various cities like Orlando and Atlanta. This was right up there with the better hotels that I've stayed.

Went to my room after check-in to find that the A/C unit was torn apart and being worked on. I was transfer to another room quickly. I book smoking rooms and there is never an ashtray. That was handle quickly also. One pack of coffee for my little mini pot and nothing to go in it.

The hotel appeared very nice and clean. After being in the room for a while we started to notice many small roaches and a few larger ones. They were crawling all over the refrigerator, walls, and in the bathroom. We were very uncomfortable in this enviromnent. After arriving home and checking my bank account, I discovered that I was being overcharged $151.60. The situation was cleared up after a couple of days and several phone calls to the hotel.
