A small roach was crawling on my refridgerator inside my room.

The rooms had lots of space. But the room wasnt cleaned properly. There was a sock under the sink, toothpaste left over on the bathroom mirrors. Dead bugs everywhere

The property was nice but my trash can in the room and the bathroom had not been dumped before I checked in my room.

The room was dirty I didn’t get any notice of breakfast and when I asked for somewhat of a refund the staff member gave me attitude

Room 337 has stained carpet, roaches in the bathroom, holes in the coverlet, flies everywhere and the refrigerator has not been cleaned... I asked for a 1st floor room due to my disability and was given a 3rd floor room... Had to use a laundry cart to move our luggage... I will never book with this hotel ever again...

The furniture looks like it needs some upgrading. Also, there were roaches in my room that decided to make an appearance a few days after my arrival. I left this hotel to go to another.

Good location for Acess to Charleston SC. A decent hotel for the price. I stayed there because of the price and that is the only reason.

The property was right in the middle of everything, which I truly enjoyed. 15 mins commute to any location i wanted to go. Smelt like marijuana because one of the visitors were smoking but that wasn’t any fault of the hotel. Employed were accommodating to myself and guest. Will definitely be coming back.

Hotel was presentable and staff was exceptional, very nice

The girl up front was on cell phone complaining non stop about having to be there then had a friend with her and her friend tried to cause a conflict with me because I was standing waiting and the girl who worked here said it be okay and I said no it won’t I don’t pay to stay here to have your friend be disrespectful and act like that in front of my child. The. After all that the room she first put us in smelled like wet dog I gagged when I first opened the door so I went back and told her no we were not staying in that room so then she puts us in a room where 2 doors down the rooms are taped off like they were trying to get rid of bed bugs. The y’all ways were nasty and dirty. They had no extra blankets for the pull out. Just complete horror. Had it not been so late and pouring rain we would have just went ahead and drove on home.

Check in was great. Staff was nice. However, supposed to be non smoking rooms, room smelled like an ashtray. Was given a bottle of fabreeze to spray. Beds were horrible, Felt like we were sleeping in a hole. Would not recommend staying here nor will we ever book at an Extended Stay again.

First there was no Leiens ready when we needed them. Then the lady was suppose to have them to us by time we got back and didn’t so I had to go find her she wasn’t at desk then the pull out was broke completely couldn’t sleep on it and all she said was I’ll make note then at 7am some lady tried to come in our room so it woke me up all she said was did u check in last night n I said yes.then she said the pull out is reported broken and I said yes.then the coffee pot I was given did not work. The hallways were dirty. The mattress on the pull out was brown dengiy and stained I have pictures to prove this. The phone in the room was sticky with something all over it and did not work so I had to keep walking up to front desk and try and find someone to help us. We love the location of this hotel but it seems like it just keeps getting worse every time we stay here. Last visit the people next to us had huge dogs In their room that barked all night on top of scaring the delights out of me as I walked out of my room because they were so big and aggressive done me no good t complain the girl at front desk could careless about anything but talking on her cell phone.

The staff were terrific...friendly and genuine. The room was not clean.

Location was very convenient, near airport. However, the toilet wasn’t working properly.

Put a sign up in the locked office window that said "we're out of rooms". When I called Orbitz for help finding another hotel they were no help at all. Had to find my own hotel.
