There were roaches everywhere. I couldn't even stay the last night because there were roaches coming out of the microwave, refrigerator, and A/C unit. I went to take a shower and there was a spider in the tub. I will never stay at Days Inn again.

checked into room at 8pm.room wasnt made up.no towels, one pillow.had to move to another room

Room was dirty and had bad smell. House keeping did not clean very thoroughly. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Price was high for such an old, dirty motel. Location was good however.

Inattentive desk staff, terrible condition, very over priced. At least there were no bugs.

The hotel staff were very loud outside our door each morning yelling at each other. They were very nice when we requested something from them though.

Our 'King bed suite' didn't even have a table or desk to work. After 2 days of our 3 day stay, we finally were able to get a desk/table which my husband had to carry to our room himself!

The hotel was not as attractive as I had hoped the outside areas were a little worn. The room had a distinctive odor and seemed like it might have been a smoking room even though there were signs indicating it was not.

I was down there to plan things for my wedding. The hotel was in a nice location, convenient to many different attractions. It was February so def too cold to try the pool or anything but the room was very comfortable. The water could have been hotter but I like HOT showers. That was the only downfall I experienced. Would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed being close to Downtown Historic Charleston without getting the Downtown Historic Charleston Rates. This hotel is located at the foot of the Ravenel Bridge and is convenient to restaurants and Grocery Stores. It also a short drive to the historic district. The only issue I encountered was being next to a walk through. Lots of foot traffic throughout the night that disrupted sleep minimally. I don't think noise would have been an issue if I was in a different room.

This was an OK place to stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy. However, the WIFI was spotty and not at all reliable. The heater was very noisy, so we just turned it off in the middle of the night. On our last night -- a Monday -- we had VERY noisy neighbors next door who kept us up most of the night they even tried to get in our room. I know this was not Day's Inn's fault, but the place was not full on a Monday and they could have booked them in a room that was not right next to ours. And it showed how thin the walls are. Next time we will look for a motel where the room opens into a hallway, not a parking lot. Also, the attached restaurant was terrible.

Trip and hotel stay were uneventful. Everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was older but everything worked fine for a business trip. The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable for the 3 day, 2 night stay.

Was not in great shape, but good location to downtown and attiractions

OK place, old and warn out.,pillows a bit hard. Pricey for condition

The room was well-maintained to be an affordable motel. All linens, bedding, floors, walls, and surfaces were clean. The grounds were clean and the pool also seemed to be well-maintained, though I did not use it. The area has relatively heavy traffic nearby because of a major highway beside the motel. However, it was not very noisy. The benefit of the highway is that it moves directly through Mount Pleasant and into Charleston. Downtown Charleston is merely a few minutes' drive. An adjoining, small restaurant was handy for a late-night meal and included a discount for visitors of the motel. There are nearby grocery/department stores and restaurants. I would have found it very useful to have visitor laundry machines on site, but they did not exist.

If you want a place to sleep and spend then this is the hotel for you. Close to everything around Charleston. Not fancy and getting a bit old but it does have a nice pool and you can usually always get a rate from $75 to $90 a night and the parking is free. The location could not be better for getting to Charleston, the islands or MUSC. Our rooms have always been clean and quiet.

There was no cold water coming out of faucet, only hot. The toilet barely worked and had to be flushed several times. The TV only got 12 random channels, never seen that before. Pool was nice and staff was good but that's it, the amenities leave a LOT to be desired here, I would never recommend this hotel to family for friends.

I picked the Days Inn because if the location and price. It was small, but not too bad. The beds were comfortable and the 24 hour restaurant was a nice little addition. My biggest disappointment was there wasn't an ironing board or iron.

great place to stay. Convenient location. Met all our needs.
