Family cottage for 7 people, plus 2 babies. Tastefully renovated old stone farmhouse in a Champagne village. Large terrace with garden furniture. Swing, slide, and trampoline in the enclosed garden. Board games. Private parking for 2 cars. Minimum 7-night stay.
Playground and cycle-rail 200 m away. Numerous forest hiking trails. Neolithic sites, abbeys, castles, petting zoo, and horseback riding nearby.
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, and living room with 120 cm OLED flat screen TV.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm), shower room and toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), bathroom and separate toilet.
Electric heating and wood-burning stove (€45/stere). Tumble dryer. Cleaning fee: €60. Wi-Fi. Baby equipment (2 beds, 2 chairs, bathtub, deckchair, playpen). Approximately 150 meters away, there are 5 pétanque courts. Pétanque games are available in the cottage.
