We cut our four night stay short to one night. There was no restaurant or bar or lounge. It looked like it was under construction and a little dingy. We stayed elsewhere.
First the door closest to our room didn't work to enter the building. Second the TV wasn't working for the first 12 hours. Third we had a spill on out bed and asked for room serivce we were told that room service only comes every 7 days. We then pointed out that the card in the rooms says to call to schedule I was then told we had to schedule 24 hours in advance. We have stayed here before and had not issues that is why we came back this time was very dissappointing.
Excellent stay with the family fir 2 nights. Very clean room, comfortable beds and nice to have a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Super nice staff at the front desk
Everything went well, staff were nice and accommodating. There wasn’t much for the continental breakfast but that was to be expected due to Covid.
Our air conditioner stopped working.So we stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to Family and friends.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and check in and check out was very easy. The included breakfast has fresh bagels, cereal, etc, however, the cooked eggs were usually cold. The room was fine, and as ordered. The pool was small, although not crowded. The bar closed early and the time to have an appetizer was limited due to operating hours. There is no restaurant at the hotel. There was an available shuttle for trips within 5 miles of the hotel, and no shuttle to the airport.
