Friendly front-desk people, clean room, very convenient location.

Stayed there this week for a week. The bed is just a pair of twins pressed together and, if you're familiar with that setup, you'll know that they will separate halfway through the night. The wifi is only usable from like 10am-3pm. Outside of those hours, you'll be lucky if you get a connection. If you do, it'll drop more than 50% of the packets, meaning, in layperson's terms, that loading webpages, chat, video, etc. are all slow/choppy/broken. Would not return.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. Good location, very nice staff, clean. But they have some major terrible problems with air conditioning which I happened to be there during the 94F degree heat (34 C) and AC in the bedroom was not working. They were not able to fix it despite several complaints, although the very nice person at the front desk gave me a fan which made things tolerable. But hey, there is no excuse for AC problems in the summer! If I were to come back to Grenoble in summer months, I will not be staying at Hipark - only because of the AC issues. Would consider staying there in the winter though.

Nice hotel but the location was a little off the beaten path.

U have to pay for extra towels. Room cleaned every other day. Its more like suites not a regular hotel. Its good location

The hotel appears very new. It is an apartment style so there is a sink and fridge and stove to save a little on dining out all the time. It is in an odd little cul de sac off a main road, so not much to view from the windows, but very nearby the main rail/bus station and the World Trade Center which gives easy access to any part of Grenoble. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. The layout is a little odd in that the commode is near the door, but the bath and shower are off the bedroom, which is not the usual layout in the US. All in all a good experience.

It is nice to have smal kitchen include the microwave and refrigerator.

We stayed 4 nights a couple with two teenagers. Executive sweet is exactly like the website pictures. Room is big, AC fine, kitchen nice and bathroom too. All is brand new and gives an Excelent feeling. Cleaning is every 2nd day. Not appropriate for Shabat observers.

Great hotel if you like a bit of autonomy in your lodgings. The room was great for keeping (admittedly American) breakfast food on-hand and even allowed us to entertain a few friends for drinks before heading out to dinner. The short distance from Grenoble's main train station made it an easy walk to take day trips.

Brand New hotel in heart of Grenoble. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
