The room was dirty, my wife felt the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite being a smoke-free environment, had sheets that did not fit a king-size bed, and had a bed that was generally uncomfortable (woke sore every morning). Despite being a superior-king room, my wife had to ask for a hair dryer. There were very few amenities, and the bare minimum 2 towels in a room (she uses 2 whenever she showers). The walls and ceiling were peeling paint. She found a spider hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom right after getting into the room initially, and killed 2 spiders and a beetle during our stay.

Not a bad place for single MEN! Doors open directly to parking lot where anyone could come barging in if you're not very careful. Breakfast was a joke, coffee or OJ or Muffin... WTH eat better at homeless shelter. Toilets plug with one piece of tissue (without any waste, just a tissue I blew my nose in). If I knew what it looked like before I booked and paid with paypal, I would never have stayed there...

We had many things that dissapointed us during this visit. The keys to the room they checked us into the first time did not work. Then when we did get in the room smelled so bad that we could not stay in that room. We went back to the front desk and told the desk clerk. She as very kind and was able to move us to another King deluxe upstairs. The microwave did not work but at that point I was tired of complaining. We are frequent red roof clients. The reason we like them is do to the consisting quality.

Lots of good places to eat near by. Many stores for shopping.

Room sufficed for need of overnight stay/sleep. Nothing spectacular. Room was clean but noticed slight odor especially in mattress etc suggesting room was probably a smoking room at some prior point in time.

Good stay, staff was slightly awkward but very accommodating. Bit of noise from the highway, but nothing too terrible.

Got in around 1 am. The room was so stinky that I slept in the chair by the open door. The family was out cold before they hit the pillows. So, do you wake them up to change rooms, or do you write a review with a low score...

The desk clerk asked for two forms of ID, and apparently credit cards did not qualify. I gave him my DL, which clearly had my photo and address, but he wanted something more. Finally, he said ok, and checked me in with my DL. It was odd... I have never been asked for two forms of id where a credit card, with my photo on it by the way, was not enough. The room was clean and neat.

Besides me reporting a burn hole in the bathroom vinyl, everything was excellent!

My husband were in town for my rehearsal, and Red Roof Inn's rating meet out requirements. However, the room we were put in was dirty. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed and there were stains on the main bed spread. However, nothing could have prepared us for what was to happen. Our room was situated inbetween 2 rooms that were causing a loud disturbance. Shouting obscenities, laying on car horns and beating on the hotel doors. We ignored as best as possible until 12:3am. I called the front desk, and the clerk told me that he didn't want to walk by the rooms to see what was going on. When I said that I'd happily call the cops. He asked me not to, and he'd go see what was going for although he "didn't want to." He checked and all was quiet. Not 10 minutes later, it all stared again. This time my husband called the front desk, and a different gentleman asked the phone. My husband explained the situation again, this time the clerk upgraded us and loved our room. I don't know what was going on, but the front desk clerk had to go and check out the rooms as we were moving all of our belongs at a quarter to one in the morning!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! On top of ALL that, housekeeping should really stay ontop of the cleaning and be a bit more meticulous. The "new" rooms....are not new. Save your money.

Nice new rooms and comfortable bed. King room is a bit small but perfect for a quick overnight stop. FYI the breakfast is muffins and coffee/juice. No big thrills but fine w me

I stayed there twice, 2 days one week and 3 days the next. The first week I was upstairs and the room was decent. The following week I was downstairs and the floors were filthy, the bottom of my socks were brown within about an hour. I complained to the gal at the front desk and she moved me upstairs, and called about an hour later to see if everything was ok, and it was. If you stay at this motel ask for a upstairs room.

Interstate motels are not my preferred lodging, but I needed a room on short notice when other arrangements went south. The room was clean and comfortable, the furnishings and bedding were of good quality, and the noise from the interstate was not too bad. I skipped the complimentary mini-muffins, but the coffee was very good. The south-facing rooms get hot in the morning, so try for a north-facing room if you plan to sleep in.

Nicely redone hotel room. Close to shopping, dining, and the Hospital. I stay here when I go down for work. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The location of this RR is convenient and you're not far from everything. Parking is plentiful. The staff for check-in was helpful and pleasant. Upon arriving at the room we did our normal check for bed bugs and cleanliness and were lucky to find no bed bugs, but a moldy smell and an unkempt room. The room smelled of old smoke as if it had been a smoking room at one point and ironically we made this discovery right after the front desk person got done explaining that the room was non-smoking only. The bed sheets were yellowish and the top blanket had massive amounts of human hair on it. The bathroom was rotten smelling like a damp flooded basement. The shower was dirty and the toilet had what I could only describe as pond scum on the rim. We told the front desk who advised the manager himself would be over to clean. Someone was in to clean, and they replaced the bedding but totally failed to clean the bathroom ignoring it completely. These issues were never addressed. This RR location seems to be in a phase of improvement, but they still have a very long way to go. For the price of our stay I cant complain, but I had expected more from an old trusted name in the hotel industry.

Majority of Red Roof Inn's are very nice. This was nice with a few exceptions. Service at the counter, location, and presentation of the room were outstanding. The updates/upgrades are nice to the room, they just need to finish. The sink wasn't even set. The vanity and everything was moving. The towels were dirty, so I had to sort through and find some clean ones. Other than that, This place would have received a 5.

Overall good experience room rates are just fine overall rating is around 4

The maids threw away our foods we ordered before we even ate it!

will never stay at red roof again.
