For shared use: property 500 m2, meadow 1'000 m2. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 14 km, restaurant 3 km. Tennis 13 km, ski lift 200 m, ski school 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Krvavec Ski Resort 2.5 km. Chalet is located on Krvavec mountain inside the Krvavec ski resort. Ski lift is just 200m away. In winter, if there is too much snow (and gravel roads are not properly plowed) snow-mobil shuttle is arranged to transfer luggage and guests. In this case, the car must me left on the parking lot approx. 1,5 km away (otherwise car can be parked on the property).

Stairs leading to the first floor are narrow and steep (thre is child barrier on the top of the stairs).
