Good place to stay in Chantilly/Centreville area. Lots of sidewalks. If you are a runner there are trails and paths nearby. The breakfast is good. The staff is very helpful.
I loved our stay at this Hyatt Place. We came for the DC Big Flea, so the hotel was convenient without being right in the midst of the madness. All he areas of our room were clean, the lighting was well-placed and adequate to work and relax with a book, and the beds and sectional were very comfortable. The only thing I could complain about is occasional guests who wanted to converse in the hall, but a quick glare at them did the trick.
We've stayed at this property before - and it is, indeed, a convenient location for our reasons to be in the Dulles/Sterling/Chantilly area of Northern Virginia. This trip our bed wasn't very comfortable, although the room felt very clean overall. We didn't have breakfast there, preferring our local knowledge of other venues, and there's not much else (hiking, biking, entertainment) close by - but no worries as, again, we do know the area. The facility could use better lighting overall as it feels dingy in the lobby and halls, and the overall look (walls, fixtures, carpets, etc) could be more "vibrant" and new. We would stay here again, knowing what we know.

room very comfortable, nice to have sink and fridge area. just glad I had earplugs for sleeping, as aircon/heater unit is very noisy - and of course right next to the bed. Just turned it off the second night. also, traffic noise from nearby highway may disturb light sleepers. staff were courteous and efficient.
While not an over-the-top property, Hyatt Place Dulles Airport-South is right for us. It's near locations we need to visit (Fair Oaks Mall, Leesburg, Dulles, Arlington National Cemetery) when in town, and is reasonably priced. The property is clean and kept in good working order. The cracked flooring and slight damage to signage/advertising in the elevator are a bit off-putting, but our room was clean and quiet.
The TV service was horrible, fuzzy / no audio on some channels

Breakfast was good! Comfortable room with lots of plugs for charging electronics and room to spread out. So many mirrors to get ready for two gals was great.
Conveniently located near a lot of restaurants in Centreville. As a runner, I have good options for nearby trails. Only 14 minutes to the airport. Enjoyed the pool. Will be back more than likely.
Room with two beds was in significantly better condition than the king size room i had.
I was surprised that the check in was later than expected, but the room was great and it was convenient to the things I was doing.

We appreciate the layout and amenities of our room. The location of this property was good for us: close enough to restaurants and businesses we were visiting, and close to Dulles airport. The bed was MOST comfortable - and the 5th floor was very quiet, even though the property is near the airport. Staff was always available. The breakfast is "meh" - but was satisfying - and I wasn't expecting a name-brand restaurant! I always mention my wish that hotels (and airlines and rental cars) credited rewards points even when booking with a third party.
Room was nice and comfortable size for 2! Mini fridge/bar area was great added space for food/drinks - A microwave in room would have been nice but there is one in kitchenette area of lobby! Staff was super friendly!
