I would have loved to enjoy your property. However, with our cruise being canceled by the cruise company, we were not able to come and I was so disappointed and upset that you would not refund our money. I will not recommend this place because of that. We lost both the money for the property and the breakfast. Very unhappy travelers.

This place was awful the staff was completely rude especially the old lady at the front desk. When we got to our room was not what we wanted. Then went out and came back found ants in the room. Told the from office thinking they would switch rooms no while we were gone they entered the room and sprayed big spray all over the room. All our clothes smelled awful. They closed the door no vents so the smell just built up. Went to the office told them they must move us we had a migraine just walking in the room. While packing the room wife noticed that her credit card had been moved. They finally moved us 11 pm. Then moved to the next room woke up with. A spider in the bed with me. The most awful place I have been and would never return even if it was for free. Worst thing managers won’t do anything about it.

We loved our stay at Arc la Rambla and would absolutely book it again for a few days in Barcelona! The location, including proximity to sites, the harbor and public transportation, can't be beat. We had a small terrace overlooking La Rambla however the room was perfectly quiet and we were never disturbed by any street noise. The building itself was very nice and new, our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was a great start to every day as well. Definitely recommend, great value for the money!
